Least friendly place we stayed in Thailand. Lady Owner was there and couldn't even manage a smile for us, and showed no interest in making sure we were comfortable. Spoke no English whatsoever, or didn't even try. I think she maybe racist as she was friendly to a Korean guest. The shared space is decorated like a teenage girls kpop bedroom. Room is nice, but no cabinetry or shelving so your bags go on the ground and the room becomes a little messy quickly. You have to take your footwear off downstairs and out on the slippers they provide, which gets a little annoying if you are just popping out for water or something. They don't want any food in the rooms, this was annoying, but we took it in anyway. Because the owner wasn't interested in conversing with us whatsoever, I asked the cleaner if we could do late checkout at 2pm. She said it will be fine, and they didn't charge us any extra, So this was a positive. The owner was downstairs on checkout and did not attempt to thank us or interact in anyway... Clean room with decent quality construction, but I would never stay...
Read moreThe street is very hard to find even for local taxi drivers, they ended up at the top of the road with the address given on MomoyaHouse booking com. It is mainly occupied by young ladies, who congregate in the downstairs kitchen lobby area. The smell of cooking is very over powering, sickly in fact and lingers for hours. The place doesn't supply a towel or shampoo and shower gels, so I had to go and purchase a towel to dry myself.Bed is comfortable in the dormintary, very cold with the air conditioning set too high.Shower had hairs in from the previous person and toilet seat had * hairs on.Overall a cheap place to stay but needs more...
