Horrible experience and SCAM! According to the terms and conditions, the first 2 hours are free of charge but just placing our luggage there for around 1 hour+, the staff wanted to charge us 160 baht. Not sure if it’s a scam company or it’s a genuine mistake… but I’m unlikely to store my luggage there in the future… Showed the staff the t&c that clearly writes “free storage service is only for first 2 hours since order is created” and he told me the terms and conditions are outdated and he is new working for 1 months. He then tell me he will give me some promotion if I post on social media… ridiculous… Dear owner of this place, kindly update your terms and conditions. If it’s chargeable by minute or hour, indicate it and inform your customer. Ended my Thailand trip with such a horrible experience.

A great place to do your shopping if you missed Chatuchak Weekend Market. They have mostly the same things found there but at a reasonable slightly higher price. If you're from Singapore like me, I suggest you skip getting a phone case or screen protector from there as JB and some local shops are cheaper. The clothing stores are worth looking at and there are fast food restaurants for you to eat at when you're tired. The picture is when I went to eat dessert at After You, level 3. Bring a jacket as it is quite cold (imo) at the escalator area away from the packed stores.

The staffs at MBK airportel were super unfriendly. We came within 4 hours and they charge us money instead, saying that we were late for 3 seconds. This is highly unprofessional. If they want to count by seconds, please include the seconds into the receipt so that we know by how many seconds we need to reach. Instead the receipt only put e.g. 4:35pm instead of 4:35:03pm. The male staff took our luggages away and tried to threaten us, meaning if we don’t pay we don’t get our luggages back. We tried calling the help hotline and they didn’t assist us too. They told us that if the staffs at MBK say we have to pay, we have to pay. Also, they told us to go ahead and sue them if we want to. Please don’t use this service! It ruined our trip and I don’t wish for it to ruin your...

Came to deposit my luggage at 11.57am came back to retrieve my luggage at 3.57pm. They say I came late by a few seconds and insisted that I pay 500baht for my baggage. Definitely not the way to treat customers. Male staff there was super unfriendly and unhelpful. Actions by him seems to threaten me to hold my luggage until I pay up. On the retrieval receipt, there was no indications of seconds. If they want to count by the seconds, the receipt should include seconds. Will definitely not come back to use this service. Highly suggest everyone to find other service...
