Ban Patong Residence — Hotel in Patong

Wow. There’s no other word(s) to explain our stay here. From the minute we stepped foot through the door at Ban Patong Residence to the day we left, Tree made us feel so welcome and accommodated for all of our needs. Located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Bangla Road strip, this was perfect for our 3 day stay in Patong after arriving in Phuket from Sydney as part of our two month backpacking trip around Australasia/Asia. Breakfast is included in the room rate and the waffles were the perfect way to start each morning! The rooms are spotless, the bed was comfortable and also made up daily by the maid, including the replenishment of fresh towels and toiletries. The AC was a godsend to come back to after spending a day on the beach. Beach towels are also provided at reception. Tree also helped us out booking our outward ferry journey from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi and also recommended various other destinations that we should consider during our stay in Thailand. I can’t stress enough how friendly, hospitable and attentive Tree was during our stay - Her English was faultless and she was the perfect host. If your doing Thailand on a budget, this place is a must and also excellent value for money. Ban Batong Residence is the greatest place to stay. I’m amazed! they provide great excellent customer service. The moment the taxi driver drop us off in front , the friendly staff came out and greeted us with warm welcome and sincere greetings. We feel like home. Every morning the lovely lady owner “ Achara” prepare good breakfast for us. I travel a lot and I have not experienced any service like how she treated us the best service ever! With a stay at Ban Patong Residence, you'll be a stone-throw away from the most touristy and interesting places in Patong. Patong beach anf Bangla street are within an immediate vicinity.
