Pls read carefully when you book for this hotel. They got 2 weeks cancellation policy, they will fully charged all the nights that you booked if you cancel even you told them that whether can postpone the trips. They want free money from tourists. I got tested positive yesterday and unfortunately need to cancel my trip to Phuket. If you are a unlucky tourist like me, book it on your own risk! If you are 100% won't cancel your booking, then book this hotel as it's a good deal. No flexibility at all and they don't bother, as free and easy money when foreigners cancel the trips, they charge without any negotiation or consider the guests will coming back or not. Choose other better hotel, this hotel doesn't worth it if you might change your plan or my situation is not able to fly at all as I need to isolate at least 5 days in Singapore. Don't be a victim for this hotel! Booking.com CS is helpful and not sure the Thailand side the receptionist they don't understand English or just act don't know, the Booking.com can't get directly to a English speaking staff and just able to write an email to check whether it's possible to postpone my trips. Well, always a NO. So pls book with vigilant, if your plan might change, better book with other hotels. There are tons of better hotels than this one, pls don't book with them unless you are sure you...

Read moreI’m giving Calypso Hotel only two stars, and here’s why:
For me, a hotel stay is about peace and quiet. When I travel, I look for a place to relax and unwind, away from the noise of everyday life. Unfortunately, I didn’t find that here.
The balconies are extremely close to each other, with little privacy. Throughout our stay, we were constantly disturbed by noise—either from housekeeping knocking on neighboring doors early in the morning and shouting “Hello,” or loud conversations and laughter from the room next door at night, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the balcony doors didn’t close tightly, letting in more noise, and the main room door had a noticeable gap at the bottom, allowing us to hear every footstep outside.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. This review isn’t a complaint but rather feedback for improvement.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet stay, I would not recommend Calypso Hotel.
Replay to the owner: Patong great choice for me except your...
