Istanbul Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Patong

The hotel and service felt awesome when we checked in, even provided with an awesome welcome tea.. However, during a night walk plan, we faced an issue with the door—the lock got some issues and it got locked making us unable to open the door. We requested assistance from the hotel management, who checked multiple times with different staff members before confirming that they needed external support, which would take time. So, we decided to go for our walk in bare foot as our things where in the room and return later.

When we came back, the door was fixed and left open without keys. We had no option but to sleep the whole night in the dark because the hotel's key card system required a key to turn on the electricity. We waited for them to provide a key, but there was a significant delay, and all six of us had to sleep in one room.

This issue might not happen to everyone, but we wanted to highlight...

Booked our stay online and it was great. The rooms are simple, clean and tidy with A/C, fan, fridge, safe and hot water (not that you need that in SEA), and good and friendly service. They make the room on request, with daily bottles of water. It was just what we needed for a great stay.

The location is perfect: near the main street (Rat Uthit Rd) making it all waking distance, and also easy access to Malin plaza and Phang Muang Sai Kor entertainment area. Waking distance the beach as well, yet nice and quiet even at night. Great food in house and one of the better massage places next door. There's a 24h convenience store with an ATM right...

I chose this hotel on a whim and was truly delighted with the experience. The rooms and common areas are spotless, and the location is fantastic for anyone wanting to explore the lively parts of Patong, Phuket, while enjoying a peaceful place to unwind. The staff is warm and attentive, always making sure guests are well taken care of. The manager deserves a special mention for the personal touches that made my stay memorable. I also felt very secure here, which is always a plus when traveling. The Turkish restaurant downstairs was a highlight – delicious food with authentic flavors! I’ll definitely consider...
