Indian Delight Restaurant — Restaurant in Patong

My family of six which included my 64 year old mother and seven year old niece. Were eating south Indian food at this restaurant in the sambar that was surved there was a Mattel peace which was a stapler pin which got stuck in my mother's teeth she removed it and placed it on the plate. The waiter who was surving us we showed him that peace of Mattel which was in the food. we immediately stopped eating and asked him to call the manager. This waiter first told us manager is not in Phuket then he is not in Thailand. I said call the next person with authority in his absence then chef claim we showed him the peace and demanded to the number of food and safety department of Thailand. He went in didn't came out for 10 min we called the waiter again and demanded the manager. The waiter lost his mind started arguing and misbehaving with us this was unacceptable and disgusting. Then after 30 min manager came with some other fellow 'be with me on this one waiter told us he is not in Phuket or even Thailand'. We explained him the whole situation. His attitude was very calm and like nothing major happened. I paid for the food that was surved and food that we had ordered which we didn't eat. Worst family dinner experience of my life. No courtesy no manners. Don't know how to deal with these kind of situations short tempered staff. I dare the owner and staff to try this in India. I am taking necessary action's by filing a complaint with the authorities in Thailand. This matter can't be overlooked staff does not know how to behave with customers on top of that in front of elderly ladies and seven year old child. I wish this kind of experience never happens with anybody ever. PS. EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. To OWNER interract with your staff on daily basis and teach them how to behave with customers. PS EAT AT...

I love this place they just was launched in December, 2019, but the covid situation happening, so the business is going a bit slow, but after all I love the environment here. They were very generous, loved the unexpected appetizer that came with 2 piece of an Indian chips, and 2 dripping sauces; one is tamarind and other is spicy yogurt with corrender.

loved my main course I always order my butter tofu spanach palak paneer curry with a garlic naan breads. I was so delighted as the name of the restaurant.

It's very convenient for a payment They are accepting a credit card, debit card, and cash First of all, the food in the restaurant here got a reasonable prices

Also they got a 20 percent discount from the gov s campaign " raow tiew diet Karn" also

Oh special thank for provided me a warmed water to wash my hands after I finished my supper

I will always come back here again whenever I will visit Phuket again

Visited several times during my stay at phuket. Indian food they serve is just delicious. My children enjoyed the Indian food. Supporting staff are Indians and responsive, speaks Hindi and understand the kind of flavour in food you want. Good for vegetarians. Option of Jain food also availble. Rates reasonable as compared with other Indian restaurants on Patong beach. Quantity of serving in one plate is sufficient for two adults. Location on main road opposite Divana hotel. Ambiance very good and comfortable. Option of take away or hotel delivery also available (Hotel delivery 200 baht extra as delivery charges).

Only request:- It being Indian restaurant can serve atleast salad, pickle and chutney complementary with food like most other Indian restaurant in vicinity.
