Bhukitta Boutique Hotel & Residence Phuket — Hotel in Ratsada

Stayed with family for 06 nights at this property from 15th to 21st September. We reached hotel at around 9.40AM and requested for breakfast. Initially it was denied but since we were checking out early in the morning on 21st, the reception staff allowed for breakfast on the day of check in. Ms. Nut and Ms. Sandy were cooperative and allowed us to check in around 12 noon. We were greeted by the staff with a smile and in Thai style greetings. Every one was polite and Ms. Pop was exceptional and prompt in service with a great smile 😃. Breakfast was good specially salads and fruits with live eggs station.

We got the room that was given on 2nd floor in the building in the backside, that was average view and interiors. However, Ms. Sandy promptly attended the request for safety vault that was closed and not working Initially.

Things were pretty cool until 17th morning. But we faced issue's with wi-fi for the whole day and night on 17th. We had to sit in lobby or meeting room to get connected to the family. So, I met the night shift manager in the 18th morning at around 6 AM and explained my concern about internet issues and requested to change our room. That was accepted and we were shifted to main building around mid day and there was no problem with internet for the rest of our stay.

We ordered thru room service couple of times and service was prompt by Ms. Pop again who served us earlier at breakfast on first day. Other staff to name Ms. Annie who helped us to buy few souvenirs from the hotel shop in lobby.

Location wise hotel is situated near Old Phuket town. Easy access to public transport etc. I wish, we could stay for few more days in Phuket. Maybe next time. Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel and people all over are city were very welcoming. Morning alarm was on time. Porter picked the luggage in time and placed in the airport pick up car. Thanks to all staff for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Hope to see you sometime again....

BEST PLACE TO BE IN Phuket !!!

My partner and I arrived at the hotel and we were not satisfied with the location of the room, we immediately went to the reception and they immediately took care of us, the manager contacted us and made sure to change our location as soon as possible, within a day we moved and the manager made sure to be updated with us, however the relationship with the manager was natural from the first moment and as soon as she heard Having a partner's birthday - she immediately took care of picking up a production and organizing and decorating our room at the highest level and even printed and designed pictures of us and scattered them in the room And all this stems from kindness, my husband was moved and shed tears of excitement, I have no words to describe the level of service and quality that the place has to offer, I highly recommend coming to stay at a place that takes care of the guest from the first thing to the last thing, come as soon as you are in the area!

Apart from the fact that the hotel looks as described in the photos, it is very pleasant to stay (we were in the blue building) a very high level of cleanliness, courtesy from the employees, it was a pleasure to say goodbye to some good-hearted employees who entered the heart, openminded from the employees as well, The food is very tasty and varied, the breakfast offers all types of food and nothing is missing

I thank from the bottom of my heart every detail I experienced at the hotel, not taken for...

We spent 3 days and 3 nights here where we had booked on Agoda and even had to wait for them to ACCEPT my booking?!

The room itself (blue blocks) was acceptable, even they really need a lot of maintenance: the shower, the bidet (broken completely), balcony doors, lights... The receptionists weren't that bad, but they kept talking during check-in and check-out time that made us felt confused whether everything had been done or not. They didn't sure our Agoda booking even we gave them our phones at the very first minute. At last, we literally fought for our booking 'cause they tried to give us the wrong rooms which could be lower the prices we needed to pay. :)

We ordered room service for our late lunch, then put the dishes outside - in front of our room. And it was clean the next day, after 11am. That could mean they didn't even care about the block for nearly a day.

The only highlight could be the breakfast and people related to it. They changed the variety of dishes everyday and the taste was good enough.

Lastly, I dont think this is the suitable place for you to stay in...
