My friend and I took a 3 hours treatment called The Perfect Skin. I am getting married in a month and so, i took it not knowing that the coming 3 hours were going to never end. Noone understood english there which was a problem to explain to them about what we want. They started with a herbal foot bath which ended in two minutes with no massage. The spa staff should really handle the clients with care and be gentle and they were anything but that. We were then taken in to the room for change. They asked us to change not giving us privacy. They were rude and not warm at all. We then took a steam bath followed by fresh fruit salad scrub. It was a torture becasue they were too hard and scraping our skin with that. My friend even got 3-4 bruises and scratches on her body. After then we were sent to take hot water bath.
Then came the turn of aloe vera cream massage which was ok. It was not good enough for the money we paid. The staff did not use any massage techniques. Read moreI used to be a frequent visitor and always enjoyed the Thai massage and steam room at your place. However, on my recent visits (the last 2 times), I noticed a significant decline in the Thai massage quality.

I’ve experienced Thai massage at other reputable places where it helped relieve back pain and left me relaxed. This time, however, I felt more pain afterwards and still haven’t recovered even after two days.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that your team can review and maintain the quality and standards that I used to appreciate so...
Read moreThe spa is fantastic! First of all the place is sitting among nature abundant of greenery, kind like a small forest, which the name comes from. You might not call it relaxing since Thai massage is a kind of point pressure massage, but in the end you will come out renewed and refreshed. For us it ready helped with our bicycle sore muscles. We could jump on our bike and ride on the next day. I myself been having the so called i-pad shoulder. My shoulders were hurting for months. And it went away after intense Thai massage! I really recommend anyone to try it. On the way out we passed the oil massage rooms. They look nice and relaxing, may be...
