Tom Yum Goong restaurant — Restaurant in Ratsada

Food very good but the worst service we have had so far in our 3 weeks in Thailand. Ended up having two lunches here hoping the first experience was one off and giving it a second chance as difficult to find places offering anything other than beer. The place looks pleasant enough with tables in and out. Really difficult to get anyone to take your order, and on the first occasion when outside ended going in to ask for service and a second drink. Inside on the second visit, greeted but then ignored. They seemed surprised that after 10 minutes we might want to place an order. There was a list of cocktails on the table so I asked for one to be told they only do them at night. Why leave the list on the table? If you don't want wine can't understand why...

One of my best meals in Phuket!

Stumbled into this place after googling some top rated spots in the area, to my surprise I ended up in the wrong spot. I was totally fine with it because I asked some folks leaving the restaurant if they liked it and they gave a thumbs up!

I sat on the side that has a wall full of books (think next door is the one with wine bottles along the wall). The service was great and the Red Curry here was amazing! Perfect spice level and portion. Ice cold beer too.. all very inexpensive. They had a fresh mango sticky rice stand out front that seemed apart of the restaurant too probably worth a try but I was too full.

คืนสุดท้ายในเมืองภูเก็ตก่อนเดินทางไปเที่ยวเกาะเดินหาร้านอาหารอยู่นานเผอิญมาเจอร้านอาหารนี้ แฟนก็เลยอยากกินต้มยำกุ้งในใจก็คิดว่าแฟนจะทานได้มั๊ยน๊า..กลัวจะเผ็ดส่วนตัวเราทานเผ็ดมากถึงมากที่สุดเลยไม่มีปัญหาเมนูที่สั่งให้แฟนคือต้มยำกุ้งน้ำใสไม่เผ็ดไม่ใส่พริกส่วนของเรากุ้งผัดเครื่องแกงสะตอ รอไม่นานอาหารก็มาเสิร์ฟน่าตาน่ากินมากกุ้งตัวใหญ่ไม่เล็กจนเกินไปและที่สำคัญรสชาติอร่อยได้ลองชิมต้มยำกุ้งของแฟนด้วยรสชาติคือถึงเครื่องถึงจะไม่มีพริกแต่นี่แหละรสชาติต้มยำของไทยแท้ผิดกับบางร้านหรือแม้กระทั่งร้านอาหารในปารีสเองสั่งต้มยำกุ้งแต่รสชาตไม่เหมือนต้มยำกุ้งอาจจะพราะทำให้ต่างชาติกินเลยทำรสชาติให้คนต่างชาติกินได้แต่ร้านนี้ต้มยำคือต้มยำรับรองต่างชาติที่ไม่กินเผ็ดทานได้แน่นอนและไม่เสียรสชาติต้มยำกุ้งแบบไทย La nuit dernière à Phuket , j'ai longuement marché à la recherche d'un restaurant et je suis tombé sur ce restaurant. Mon copain voulait manger du Tom Yum Kung, et dans ma tête je me demandais si il serait capable de le manger.. J'avais peur que ce soit trop épicé pour lui. Personnellement, je mange des plats très épicés donc ce n'est pas un problème. Le menu qu'il a commandé était du Tom Yum Kung en soupe claire, non épicée, sans piment. Pour notre part, j'ai pris des crevettes sautées à la pâte de curry sator. Nous avons attendu peu de temps avant d'être servis. Cela avait l'air très appétissant. Les crevettes étaient grosses, pas trop petites, et surtout, le goût était délicieux. J ai également essayé le tom yum goong de mon copain. Le goût était, même s'il y avait pas de piment, l'authentique goût du tom yum thaïlandais qui était différent de certains autres. Dans les restaurants à Paris qui servent du tom yum goong, il n'a pas le vrai goût du tom yum goong, probablement parce que cela est fait pour être mangé par des étrangers et donc ils lui donnent le goût pour que les étrangers puissent le manger. Mais le tom yum de ce restaurant est un tom yum que les étrangers qui ne mangent pas de plats épicés peuvent certainement manger et il ne perdra pas la saveur du tom yum goong à la...
