WORST SERVICE, decent tasting food, prices too high for what you get. I'd give it ZERO stars if I could! On my bday last year and this year (only gave it a 2nd chance this year because we wanted fancy wine and I was thinking that my previous experience was just bad luck) but never again!! It could just be this location. Both years, the staff were very rude and stuck up and the servers didn't know anything about the menu!! The restaurant is known for WINE (it's in the name) and cheese and no one could answer anything and had to get the manager after speaking to 3 servers and the cook to decide on what to order! It took forever. It also took a LONG TIME to be served. We all ordered our food at the same time and half of us (7 total) ordered the exact same thing. One of those people got their plate and we sat for 20mins before asking them to take the plate back and serve us all at the same time. They gave us attitude and I'm not sure why if 3 of us ordered the same thing, why only one would be ready. I ordered a cheese platter and 30mins later, the server said that they only had one out of the two cheeses I ordered. It was the cheaper platter and there wasn't any other ones I was interested in, so I changed to the more expensive platter. 10mins later, she came back and said they already prepped the one cheese and it took them a total of 40mins to tell me this. I said it wasn't my fault that they didn't tell me sooner. They rolled their eyes - all the kitchen workers gazed over the counter. I was then served what I ordered and because the lack of knowledge, it didn't taste as expected. THEN they tried to charge me for both at the end!!! They took it off the bill after a hassle. Also, my friend wanted to surprise me with a bday cake when we were finished. We were not finished eating and two of them came up with the cake and threw it onto the middle of the table unexpectedly with no lit candles and they stood there and tried to get all the staff to come sing and they all shook their heads no. It was awkward. We were automatically charged a service fee, which is understandable with the amount of people even though the service was terrible but... some of us couldn't finish and asked for take away. We were given our leftovers and then the bill with another fee of 40baht EACH just to take away and the food was just thrown in small bags, all squished!! Not even a container. We also asked for separate bills in the beginning and she even repeated that to confirm, but of course, it all came on one and when we asked her to separate it for us, she said she cannot. All of us are never...

Naaahhh....if you're looking to have good western food walk away, this is not the right place. It was a bit weird at the beginning when we arrived and despite the restaurant not being busy and with plenty of staff around, no one was there greeting the customers and assigning a table, we had to make us noticed, and only then someone popped out from the back and showed us to a table. Our food was served cold, it did not come altogether and the pork dish ordered by my daughter was served medium rare.... first time ever I had seen a loin of pork that looked like beef for how pink it was. As we did not trust having pork uncooked, we had to ask the waiter to cook it a bit more. The waiter toke it back to the kitchen and ... never come back. After some time we realized something wasn't right, dinner was over, except for my daughter who was still waiting for her dinner, we asked a waiter if there was still more to wait and the waiter went to check in the kitchen. Again, it was not busy, just a few tables and it looked they already had their dinner, so we could not understand how comes it was taking so long to cook a bit more a few slices of very thin pork loin. Then the waiter come back at the table to give us the good news. Our dish was forgotten in the grill and it went burning, (exact explanation from the waiter words). The chef was preparing a new one apparently....YAY... let's wait some more. In any case after a bit more waiting my daughter had it back and apparently she said it was ok. Unfortunately our mood was down for us as we would not expect to pay an average of 400 baht for a meal that looked pre-cooked and just warmed up on microwave before serving. I had a pizza and again it was not hot , the cheese was not melting, the dough was thin and crispy, almost like a cracker, ultimately, my wife had a seabass fillet which was good, however some of the potatoes were really tuff, as if they were a mix of old and new potatoes. What else can I say? No manager around to take care of a problem at a table, staff looked bored and was never there when we needed to communicate..... absolutely a place that we are not willing to come back not to suggest...

Update: provided my contact info upon request on 15 January and nobody reached out. Why ask for my info in the first place, reminds me of the terrible service and food at the restaurant which makes my blood boil to this day.

Took my husband tonight for his birthday dinner and received the worst service, and paid premium for mediocre food at best. Our waitress (red hair dye, braces) was absolutely horrible, delivering our food one after another instead of together so I had to watch my husband eat. She forgot about bringing my food, which was extremely bland and lacked taste. When I asked her about the lack of seasoning, she simply asked if I wanted chili powder and when I tried to explain to her it wasn’t just a lack of spice, she walked away while I was still talking and dropped the chili power on the table and walked away. She definitely ruined my husband’s birthday dinner with her unprofessional attitude and we hope she gets the training she needs to do...
