Terrible value for money, both meals arrived at the table cold ? Lucky for the salad bar or we both would have left still hungry after spending 1800 baht on food, seafood was poor quality, under cooked and small serving, after taking a long time to get to the table, and 15 minutes apart ? The food only gets 2 stars for the salad bar and desserts. The wait staff forgot our drink even after being reminded about it, and our request for tartar sauce was forgotten, who serves fish without tartar sauce, the meals were already cold so I couldn’t wait for the spaceship staff to actually come near the table to remind them continuously. They couldn’t even serve us the bottle of wine as they had run out ??? Incredible. Lucky for them my partner dislikes me causing a scene or I would have dragged the manager to the table and asked if they would be happy with the meals served to us, under other circumstances I would have returned the meals, if they arrived at the table cold again I would eat them and not paid for it, videoing the experience, needless to say I won’t return to sizzler, in saying this, the salad bar was very nice, the fruit and dessert were also very nice, the staff were in a world of their own, the manager needs a kick in the pants. The steak was okay, but the service was very poor. The waitress came to take my order less than 30 seconds after I sat down. I told her I needed more time to look over the menu, which is huge and over 10 pages long. The whole time I was looking at the menu, she stood off to the side of my table and after a minute, she stood right beside me, staring at me, waiting for me to order. After I ordered, she immediately put the bill down on my table before I even got my steak. Why are they rushing me so much? The place was not even busy and this was during lunch hours. After I got my steak, it was like I didn't exist, nobody ever came to check on me or ask me if I enjoyed the food. I had to get up and find someone so I could pay. When I asked for a to-go box, the waitress took my plate, disappeared into the back of the restaurant and came back over 10 minutes later...

I used to enjoy this place for its extensive selection of vegetables, soups, and fruits, promoting a farm-to-table concept. However, my wife ordered sliced beef, and upon trying it, we found it had a peculiar taste, almost like spoiled meat. Perhaps it was mishandled during preparation. Nonetheless, apart from that, everything else was satisfactory. As we were pressed for time, I mentioned the issue to the cashier while settling the bill, and they seemed aware of the problem, although unsure of the cause. We do plan to return, but I hope the management takes steps to ensure the quality of their ingredients and that other customers won't encounter...
