I LOVED staying at this hotel. We got the all inclusive package and it was great from start to finish we were met with constant politeness and professionalism from the start. I had done a lot of research about where to stay prior and I read all reviews before picking this hotel and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to half the negative ones. The room was average but well sized and a great pool view. The buffet food on site was great, with lots of freshly cooked options and even the option of the BBQ food as well. I am gluten free and even though no one fully understood what that was they gave me plain cooked meat each day without any sauces on to avoid any allergens for me. All inclusive drinks included all drinks and was amazing, constantly great service. Entertainment staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. We went end of July it was busy but not ridiculous, plenty of sun beds, good breeze and a lovely pool. Lots of little games around the hotel area. They provide you with information on excursions and they also have a spa and shisha cafe. I previously saw a few complaints about the fact that the hotel is also an “old people’s home” it has hardly been noticeable and has not in any way affected my holiday. There has been the odd elderly Person being wheeled around in a wheel chair and that’s about it. I think it’s very extreme that people have complained about it in the past. Also if you are looking for a relaxed holiday then this is defiantly the place. Location is great, RIGHT NEXT to the medina, Literally. My only downside was the late night music which plays very loudly until 2am, do being ear plugs with you if you want uninterrupted sleep! Also as two single females from London travelling here we felt safe and welcome from the start. The knits staff gave us tips and warned us about local bribers etc and how to deal with them which was amazing

Really enjoyed our stay at Eden Yasmine for the most part. Due to the positive experience, we were willing to overlook the small and unclean rooms and the poor selection of food. However, upon check out, we were accused of stealing small towels as soon as we handed back the key. We did not take any towels and were made out to be thieves on the lobby. I spoke with the staff and asked them to show me where the towels were missing from. They showed me the towel rack in the bathroom which was empty (the cleaning lady was already in there so had obviously removed them) however I was being gaslit into believing no towel was there prior to her entering the room. Unfortunately this put a bad taste in our mouth for Eden Yasmine, despite most of the staff being pleasant throughout our stay, especially the waiters in the restaurant, the restaurant manager, the young female and male receptionists and the old man in security. The staff present and accusing us of stealing towels were an older receptionist male with glasses, the laundry woman (an older woman) and a young blonde woman with a clipboard. We were made to open our bags in the lobby in front of other guests, humiliating us and were not offered an apology when they did not find the said towels in our bags. No consideration was made to our transfer driver who had to wait 20 minutes while the whole debacle took place. I would not reccommend staying here for this reason and would be cautious of the cleaning/laundry staff.

We have just returned from our stay at the Eden Yasmine hotel in hammamet. I have a 17 month old baby and he was treated like a king by all the staff members, especially the manager Mohammed ali and Abdul in the restaurant. It was an amazing stay and i really enjoyed it. The food was lovely, the staff members were all polite. The bar staff and the cleaners were always smiling 😊. I booked a hammam and it was a lovely experience with Serena. it was an amazing stay, very relaxing and well worth the money. Close to the beach and the medina. Also an hour or so away from sidi bou said. Hotel is dated but for me it had character and I loved it. The indoor pool was lovely for the kids as the outdoor pool was too cold at this time of the year. I would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful getaway. Calm and relaxed environment.

There are positive and negative aspects to this hotel. The positive aspects include an indoor heated swimming pool which is open all day to all guests, incredibly friendly staff, beautifully well kept grounds and large bedrooms. The negative aspects surround the catering, entertainment, and communal facilities.||The food provided is somewhat varied, and by this I mean that the cooks find ways to deliver 'different' dishes each day, however the ingredients are very limited. Liver, eggs and pasta are served on a nightly basis, and these are the main dishes. That said the salad is very nice and they offer a good range of desserts, though they are repetitive. The snacks are just leftovers from breakfast and lunch left on the bar for guests to serve themselves. The use of leftovers is quite noticeable. Eg. Fish served at lunch not eaten (far too many bones for anyone to safely eat), served again and dinner time and again the following day. All food is served cold at this resort, including main dishes at lunch and dinner, however a microwave is provided which guests can use freely to warm up their food. The a-la carte restaurant is not currently open.|The alcohol served is obviously cheap and nasty spirits, though the mixers are proper Coke and Fanta straight out of the bottle as opposed to taps. The fruit juice is simply undrinkable, making the small selection of cocktails they have available to All-inclusive guests off limits. It has to be said that the communal areas are always clean and tidy, the only issue lies with replenishing of basic supplies such as toilet paper and hand soap, however this can cause great inconvenience.|There is absolutely no entertainment of an evening whatsoever. A laptop is left out which controls the music and guests are able to use it to play their choice of music. There is a kids club, but it is not staffed, it is simply a room filled with games and toys. There is a cafe which sells tea and shisha, however it is not regularly open. If you ask at reception they will open it for you to use. It's quite pleasant once you're in with stunning traditional decor. |In summary: it's overall enjoyable; the food is passable but not something you will look forward to; the staff are very easy going and delighted to serve you; and the grounds are stunning.||There is one last thing to mention. The hotel is not just a hotel. One of the blocks of rooms is used by an elderly care provided. It's a nursing home aswell as a holiday resort. This affected us in different ways each day. There are limited amounts of sun loungers to begin with, but then 25% of them are taken up by the care home each morning and afternoon. The care home residents have access to all communal areas at the same time as guests. They are escorted by very professional carers, however this does not avoid challenging behaviour such as shouting. It has to be noted unfortunately that they are not removed from the bar, poolside or dining room when they shout. That said the antisocial behaviour seen in these service users is mild and inoffensive. They have physio sessions in the indoor pool during the day whilst guest are using it. Whilst this does not stop guests from using the pool, it can make it difficult to swim around freely.||Thank you to all the staff who made our stay overall pleasant by serving us with a smile and accomodating to our every request. Especially Karim - the most accommodating of them all. He bent over backwards to satisfy us, going above and beyond without being asked to. It enhanced our...

The hotel is nice but not quite like the photos advertised lol both pools are very good and the staff are amazing all down to the bar staff to the resturant staff and reception staff. Bar shuts at 12/midnight but they let you stay in there after which is nice. The blue Lagoon cocktail was my favourite and the lovley waiter in the afternoon makes a yummy green one. He used to bring them to our sunbed which I thought was lovley. ||Sometimes it was hard to get a sunbed so I dunno how it is in high season. You are also not allowed to reserve beds. ||The food is okay but not very hot but the deserts are delightful. |At breakfast they do nice omlettes|The resturant manager Ali is soooo lovley and was always so pleased to see us. He's got really got banter. ||I tried eating out a couple times as wanted to taste real Tunisian food and that did not disappoint. ||This hotel is more catered to family's and couples. So if your a group of friends this might be a bit boring for you. The staff make this hotel luckily. The beds are like concrete and so are the pillows 😢 but the hotel is clean and friendly. ||Momo taught us Arabic on the first day and I thought this was really nice.||Do not buy trips from this hotel the guy is a scammer!!! |I payed £12 For a boat trip with pickup and drop off and dinner and a couple from this hotel was on the same boat and payed £50!! When we got back from the trip the rude man from the hotel was then demanding money from us. I called my travel agent and they said don't pay him nothing you already paid. 😂 So I told him to go away but I should of reported him. The camera man is really friendly and makes you feel like a celebrity every night lol I probably wouldn't stay here again but I would defiantly come back to Tunisia as it's got the friendliest people I've...
