We visited Tunisia and loved the overall atmosphere and welcome by its locals. BUT going to this spa we had our worst experience yet! The main man who acts like a pawn in the business Yaya with lovely colored eyes was a manipulative man who ripped us off and forced treatments which he them didn't give us. Firstly my aunt who suffers from cancer was told she would get a separate service which would make up for the services she couldn't have but was only given a simple massage. I went myself with 5 other individuals women and men and they rushed our treatment promising us a 2 hour session we was given a hour service and pushed out the door at 7pm. Not only that the women in my family who were Muslim and clearly cared about modesty and dignity had the men from the centre entering the rooms during treatment.
After the treatment was done Mr Yaya told us he would reimburse us for the mishap as we were extremely unhappy and he gave us tote bags from the spa which gave us no satisfaction. Upon speaking to Mr Yaya on the phone he said he would come at 9am in the morning to our hotel and speak to us and give us a explanation and refund on part of the treatment but kept us waiting in the lobby for 3 hours with no appearance. He mentioned his bosses were offering extra treatment but he knew our flight left that morning and clearly that he is the main man.
I'd think very clearly before going to this facility yes there are many good reviews but it takes one bad review to show people's true colours!! Highly recommend you find somewhere other than here as I'm sure you could get better...
Read moreI had a package of treatments over 3 days at this Spa which was close to the hotel I was staying at in Hammamet. A lovely man called YaYa who spoke fantastic English explained the package to me and even said if I wasn't happy with the it he would refund me. Everyday I had about 4 treatments plus time to swim in their heated sea water swimming pool. I had a session in the steam room and scrub. I had 3 hot mud wraps, 3 water jet massages (where you have a traditional massage while also been massaged by water jets), reflexology, and 3 long full body massages - deep tissue, hot oil and hot stone massage. I was there for nearly 3 hours each afternoon. All the staff were lovely. Robes, towels and slippers are included plus herb tea and water. The spa was very clean with good facilities and warm rooms. Salah was my masseuse. He was very strong with 16 years of experience. He really managed to break down the knots in my shoulders and worked really hard. I am an English female and felt completely safe and comfortable at this Spa. I felt the price of the package was very reasonable given and length, quality and range of services I received. It has also really improved my skin and reduced my stress levels. I highly recommend this Spa if you are on holiday in Hammamet. Thank you to all the lovely...
Read moreI've been meaning to leave a review for a while now, as I’ve been a regular client and this is my third visit. This isn’t your typical spa – it's more of a therapeutic center with a focus on health and well-being. All the treatments are based on sea water, which adds a unique touch to the experience.
They offer a great package deal: if you book a 12-day treatment program, your stay at the hotel is included, and they even provide free taxi transfers from the airport, which is a nice bonus.
What sets this place apart is the personalized care. They tailor the treatments to each client based on your health needs, which was perfect for me. I had issues with my legs and feet when I arrived, but after following their program, I felt so much better. My treatment included massages, algae and cryo wraps, hydro massages, and sessions in a sea-water pool with streams and cascades that really helped my back.
The staff were fantastic – attentive, polite, and always made me feel welcome. Everything was well-coordinated, and I left feeling refreshed and...
