Where do I start ? , I am a Travel Journalist for almost 20 Years now and have stayed at the best 5 Star All inclusive Hotels in the World ( check out my other reviews ) and this Property absolutely blew me away from start to finish, From the moment we arrived we were greeted with impeccable service and a sense of warmth that truly set the tone for our entire stay||||The staff were straight out to collect luggage from Transfer and within a minute we had a lovely local refreshing drink and very seamless check -in with the friendliest of staff and they upgraded us to one of their signature Bungalow Villas which is literally right on the beach and was blown away with it from the luxury bedding , Full Mini bar, Bath and Shower with separate WC and designer sink and Separate air conditioning units in Main Living area and bedroom||||The Bungalow Villa was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining it throughout our stay. The attention to detail – from the elegant décor to the small touches like fresh flowers – really made it feel like a home away from home.||||Facilities:||The hotel boasts top-notch amenities. We spent some time in the spa, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage and the tranquil atmosphere. The fitness centre was also well-equipped, and the pool area was beautiful, offering both indoor and outdoor options with stunning views. I also had a chance to dine at their a la carte on a few nights where the food was exquisite. The menus offered a wonderful variety from Asian, Tunisian and Mediterranean and each dish we tried was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.||||We had dinner at their main buffet restaurant which had a huge variety of food and you would never get bored with it and again was exceptional from the huge variety of local dishes to the Show Cooking with the chefs stations nothing was a problem to suit your individual tastes and I would highly recommend it , We had breakfast there very Morning and it was absolutely beautiful with freshly prepared juice station , fantastic selection of fruits and chefs preparing all the hot food ( Omelettes were delicious )||||Now to the WOW part of out stay ! The upgrade to the signature Bungalow Villa includes Butler service 24 hours a day so you can have Breakfast , lunch and Dinner at your Villa , We had lunch there every day and the table was set up with crisp linen table cloth, linen napkins and beautiful setting on table and every lunch was a dream with stunning food ( you can order anything you want ) and looking out on the glistening water and beach with a beautiful sea breeze it was idyllic||||You also have use of the Private pool and Oasis bar which was incredible and very quiet zone and we went there every day before lunch||||Every Morning we did a 10 kilometre walk on the beach and the desert soft sand was amazing and I have never experienced anything like it and the water was crystal clear and private area for everyone staying at Hotel||||They have many bars including beach bar where you can also get food on the beach and we used to go to the middle bar in the evenings after dinner sitting on the beautiful terrace with live singers which were brilliant and they also have a rooftop bar with DJ which was great fun , You also have full access to their sister Hotel if you want to go to shows in the evening which was a great option||||Service:||The standout feature of Les Orangers Garden Villas and Bungalows is definitely the service. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was the concierge team helping us plan activities or the restaurant staff making sure our dining experience was exceptional, it was clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority.||||Location:||The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to local attractions, beaches, shopping, etc.. We enjoyed taking walks in the nearby areas, and the Medina was just a short drive away. It was the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and proximity to exciting things to do.||||Overall Experience:||We had an unforgettable stay at Les Orangers Garden Villas and Bungalows. From the luxurious accommodations to the world-class service, everything exceeded our expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. It truly deserves every one of its 5 stars, and I can’t wait to return!||||This property is a fraction of the price of other 5 star all inclusive hotels I have stayed in so well...

I recently stayed at Les Orangers Garden Villas and Bungalows and, unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the 5-star rating I expected.

Negative Points:

Reception: I sent three emails 2-3 weeks prior to my stay regarding a marriage proposal, but I received no response. Upon arrival at the hotel, I inquired about the emails and was given a generic response. Although they did offer to arrange musicians and rose petals and showed me a video of someone else's proposal, I was looking for something more unique and special. This was definitely the major problem of the hotel, where the staff were sarcastic and unprofessional. Room: My room had a view of the hotel entrance, and there was no internet access in the room except near the entrance. When I asked for an upgrade, explaining it was a special occasion and that I was willing to pay for it, the receptionist falsely claimed that all rooms faced the garden and were identical. In reality, rooms facing the hotel's inner garden had a sea view, while mine faced the entrance and parking lot. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom was always clogged. The hotel was unable to resolve the issues with the room and internet for the duration of my stay. Housekeeping: While the room was always well-cleaned, the amenities were inconsistent. Initially, I had shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, and soap, but after 4-5 days, I found a much larger variety of products. Though this didn't bother me much as I prefer to use my own products. Spa: I stayed 8 nights at the hotel, and 3 days after my arrival, I went to the spa to book the free massage that all clients receive. Unfortunately, they told me that I had to book upon arrival. They eventually gave me a date, but it was on the day I was leaving. Functioning of the Hotel: Since there are several restaurants and bars, when you arrive, you have no idea where they are and no guidance is provided. You need to find everything by yourself, which is definitely a front desk/concierge problem. Television: The hotel does not have smart TVs, so don't expect to connect to your Netflix account. Taxi Service: When I asked the reception to call a taxi, I was told to go to the hotel entrance where taxis might pass by. Positive Points:

Housekeeping: Despite the inconsistency in amenities, the room was always well-cleaned. Food & Beverage Staff: The F&B staff were very attentive and friendly, always available and dedicated to providing the best service to guests. Location: As a destination for sea, sun, and sand (SSnS), the hotel is situated on a fantastic beach with great water temperature, making it a wonderful place to relax. Additional Comments: On the last day, while enjoying the sunset at the hotel's magnificent bar with a beach view, I saw preparations for a fantastic marriage proposal, which made me quite sad given my experience. Later, I spoke with an assistant director who was very attentive and listened to my feedback. He explained that the hotel management had changed about two weeks prior and that the recent proposal was organized by an external company. At checkout, despite all the mistakes made during my stay, the only thing they said was "thank you" and "goodbye" in a sarcastic tone.

Overall, I expected more from a 5-star hotel, particularly in terms of personalized service and the WOW factor. Although disappointed by my experience, I must commend the F&B staff and the beautiful beach location. However, for the price, I recommend finding another hotel located on...

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a five-star experience based on the reviews and promotions by several influencers. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The reception and garden areas are beautifully renovated, as are the restaurants and cafés. However, the rest of the hotel is severely outdated and does not meet the standards of a five-star establishment. The rooms, in particular, are old and lack modern amenities such as smart TVs. On our first night, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We reported this to the hotel staff, and they promptly sent someone to disinfect and remove the cockroach. Despite their quick response, my trust in the hotel’s hygiene standards was shattered. I expressed my concerns to the staff, emphasizing that such an issue is unacceptable in a five-star hotel. We were offered a better room, which I inspected, but my discomfort remained. The thought of the cockroach lingered in my mind, raising doubts about the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel, including the food. When I inquired about the cancellation policy, the staff initially refused to refund the remaining days of our stay. I requested to speak with a manager, but was told that no manager was available at the late hour. I insisted that my concerns be addressed, as I did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel where I could not trust the hygiene standards. Ultimately, they offered us the better room for one night and agreed to refund the remaining days, which we accepted. We left the hotel the next day after spending just one night. In an objective assessment, the hotel fails to meet the expectations of a five-star rating. The indoor pool, for instance, appears to be from the early 2000s and shows no signs of recent renovation. In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel. Had I known the true state of the facilities, I would not have stayed here. The initial refusal to cooperate with the cancellation only added to the disappointment. Influencer promotions can be misleading, and this experience has certainly made me more cautious.

This is shown at 4* on alot of sites, I would say it is an english 3*. Didnt take as many pictures as I would've liked. Hotel mains areas are nice and clean. The grounds are mostly lovely. Rooms are a little dated but not drastically so. We didnt use the outdoor pool but looked nice. Indoor pool is heated, and by the week of the week a lityle cloudy, also surrounds drains are not in the best of conditions - not used by alot of people so nice for a espace. Hotel is right on the beach which is lovely, lots of sunbeds. Theres also a big but nice presents of secuirty - guys on the beach, petrols on quad bikes and horse back. The hotel does have its own ranch for horse back riding for 35 dinar you get 1 hour. Horses were not in the greatest of conditions and seemed tired. 4 of us went all beginners and the lesson was 'right is right, left is left and back is stop'. Also gave one of our group a stick to make the mare go faster - was not used. Although enjoyable - we decided not to ride again. Food while okay - was after a few days samey. We did see on two occasions cockroaches (or what we think are) the grounds get sprayed every night and both times they were by windows, so might and crawled in. We saw no signs they we in the rooms. Few other issues - air con had a weird smell and our bath and sink did not drain quickly. Staff were wondering! Apart from when we had an issue with our room key, the gentalman that dealt with us was rude - assumed it was our fault. Note at the time we went they seemed to be having issues with room keys and we only got one for the 2 of us. Overall, a nice hotel, has it flaws and i dont know where its getting its 4* from.

Lamentable !!!
