To begin with, I want to give a special shout-out to the following people who made our stay memorable:||Susso – Animation Team|Very friendly and warm. Our daughters, Assiyah and Hannah, bonded with her straight away. Even now at home, they say they miss her. My wife and I felt completely comfortable leaving them with her at the kids’ club while we rested at the hotel. She kept them entertained with various activities, and her kindness meant a lot to us.||Hammad – Restaurant Staff|What can we say about Hammad? He is an absolute gentleman. Always proactive in assisting us during meal times, which was incredibly helpful with three young children. He consistently went the extra mile to ensure our kids were settled and comfortable. We never had to ask — he had the empathy and awareness to assist us exactly when we needed it. Exceptional care and mannerisms.||Noomen – Head of Reception|Always helpful and our go-to person for any queries or general assistance. He kindly helped us get hold of a larger taxi vehicle to visit the Medina, which isn’t always easy to arrange for a family of five. A professional and reassuring presence. That said, I did feel that some requests could have been handled by other reception staff without needing his direct involvement.||Chico – Animation Team|A down-to-earth guy who was easy to chat and joke with. Great energy.||The two other members of the animation team were also fantastic – unfortunately, I can’t recall their names, but thank you both for arranging the Champions League final screening!||Malak – Restaurant Staff|Very friendly and attentive. She looked after us well throughout our stay.||The team members mentioned above truly made our family holiday special and unforgettable.||Hotel Overview||The hotel has huge potential to reach a solid 4-star rating but would benefit from further investment and refurbishment. The property itself is impressive, with a spacious footprint and good facilities. There are many pools (although not all were in use during our stay) and easy access to a private beach. Comfortable mattresses in bedroom- nice and firm which I like.||Some areas in need of improvement:| • The bathtubs definitely need upgrading, and general bathroom maintenance could be improved.| • Irons are not available to borrow, which was inconvenient.| • While the food at the restaurant was generally good, the presence of flies around the buffet was off-putting. Increasing the temperature of the fuel burners could help reduce this issue.||Final Thoughts||All in all, Nahrawess is a good choice for a family holiday — especially if you keep your expectations reasonable and don’t compare it directly with 5-star or top-tier 4-star hotels. What sets this hotel apart is its staff — their warmth, care, and attentiveness created a lasting positive impression...

The Worst Hotel You Could Ever Choose – Deception and Chaos Unworthy of Even One Star My experience at this hotel was an absolute disaster. I have no idea how it received a four-star rating—it doesn’t even deserve a single star. From the very beginning, everything was disappointing. I was supposed to receive my room key card at 2:00 PM, yet I was forced to wait until 5:00 PM, completely ignored by the management. When I finally got to the room, it was nothing short of shocking: disgustingly dirty, flies everywhere, ants crawling on the floor and walls, and a broken door that wouldn’t lock—meaning anyone could walk in at any moment. I genuinely felt unsafe inside what they dared to call a “room.” To make matters worse, the reception staff kept lying and playing games—promising to change my room but refusing when I went back to them. I wasn’t the only victim; I witnessed numerous guests fighting with the staff after being handed key cards to rooms that were already occupied. What kind of outrageous mismanagement is this? The swimming pool was another nightmare: filthy and poorly maintained. And the food was an insult—cold pizza with terrible sauce, unfit even for a cheap street stall. In short, this hotel is a disgrace. I would not recommend it to anyone. In fact, I strongly advise people to stay far away. Sleeping in your car would be safer, cleaner, and infinitely better than enduring a night in this dreadful place.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. It could have been much better. As time went on, I started noticing several issues. The evening entertainment was way too loud after 10 PM – definitely not ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The beach wasn’t very clean, but the pool and daytime animation were good. I was disappointed with the food – very limited selection. The service was mostly unprofessional; I often had to get drinks myself during meals because staff wouldn’t bring them. A few waiters were fine, but overall the attitude was lacking. At check-out, I couldn’t exchange money to euros, and no one even said goodbye or wished us a safe trip. Not sure if it was a language issue or just lack of courtesy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but I hope they take this feedback seriously and use it to improve.
