The room is too hot The Air conditioning is not working The air conditioning seeks water heavenly on the floor The hotel doesn't worth even if it's cheap

The room cleaning is not that's good Extra pellow is not thier and need a lot of time to bring I don't advice anyone to stay over here

I can promise you you can't sleep from the water sink from AC and they can't fix

Thier only solution is sorry we can't...

The hotel in general is very good and i recommend it. The staff is friendly and speaks english. Breakfast is excellent. The room furniture is old but accepted. The air condition, fridge,tv screen were very goog.The corridore's carpet is very old and need to be replaced soon. The only considerable negative is the very weak electrical light in the room 107. This is my 3 nights experience...

Ankara'da 3 gün konakladığım otel. Seneler önce ismi "Regency" iken yine kalmıştım. Çok ilgili personelleri var. Otel fiyatı civarda ki otellere göre uygun ve mantıklı. Yardımcı olmayı seven insanlar çalışıyor.(Yanlış hatırlamıyorsam Levent bey, çok yardımcı oldu bize sağolsun) Konumu süper. Altında Caribou kafe var, canın sıkılınca oturabilirsin veya Kızılay'da gezebilirsin. Sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe, yeterli derecede. Temizlik konusunda yaşadığım deneyimi aktarayım. Odamda ki yatak çökmüş gibiydi, resepsiyona ilettim direkt olarak görevliler geldi değiştirdi. Çarşaflarımı ve yorgan yüzümü değiştirdi. Ekstra bir yastik daha istedim onu da getirdiler. Banyo ve tuvalet temiz durumdaydı. Kahve ve çay için sıcak su istedim odama getirdiler. Sabah 5'te uyanmam gerekiyordu uyandırma servisini kullanabildim. Kızılay gibi yerde otopark sorunu var ve otel müşterisi olduğum için otel otoparkında bırakabildim. Bunların hepsi ücretsiz. Özetlemek gerekirse fiyat performans oteli, uygun ve mantıklı.. Yine gitsem yine bu otelde kalırım.
