I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The hotel is newly renovated, with a sleek and modern design that creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step through the doors. Everything is immaculate, from the lobby to the rooms, which clearly reflects the staff’s commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

The room I stayed in was not only visually appealing but also incredibly comfortable. The bed deserves special mention—it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. After a long day of exploring the city, sinking into that bed was pure bliss. The room was also well-equipped with all the amenities you would expect, making it a true home away from home.

Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, with something to suit every taste. Whether you prefer a light breakfast or a more hearty start to the day, you’ll find plenty of options to choose from.

The staff at this hotel are genuinely exceptional. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. I was particularly impressed with the cleaning lady assigned to our floor. Not only did she keep our room spotless, but she also greeted us with a warm smile and friendly conversation every morning. Her kindness added a personal touch that really made our stay special.

Another notable point was the assistance we received with our luggage upon arrival and departure. The staff made the process seamless, which was a great relief after traveling.

The only downside to this otherwise perfect experience was the lack of on-site parking. The hotel does not have a dedicated parking area, which was a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, we discovered a parking garage about 100 meters away, which solved the problem, though having a parking option directly at the hotel would have been more convenient.

Despite the parking issue, my overall experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly positive. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service far outweighed the minor inconvenience of finding parking. Thank You to the Buke Bomonti Hotel Team During a recent stay at Buke Bomonti Hotel in Istanbul, I experienced something unexpected. A personal item of great sentimental value went missing. I was truly devastated — it wasn’t just an object, it held deep emotional meaning for me.

I immediately reported the situation to the hotel reception. Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes, especially since I couldn’t even recall exactly where or when I lost it. But what happened next truly moved me: every single staff member at the hotel treated my concern as their own, showing genuine care and determination to help.

Security footage was carefully reviewed, housekeeping teams rechecked every possible space, and even the laundry department got involved. Throughout the whole process, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They kept me updated every day and never made me feel like I was overreacting or alone.

And finally — the item was found! Hidden away in the laundry area, missed by chance. The moment I got that call was pure joy and relief.

We’ve visited Istanbul 5-6 times in the last few years, and this is the first time we've faced such an issue with a hotel. We made our reservation directly through the hotel's official website, as we always trust that the hotel's own platform should offer the most reliable booking process. However, upon arrival, we were told that the price would be calculated based on the daily Euro rate, which had increased since we made the booking. This came as a huge surprise, especially since we had already provided our credit card details and expected to pay at the agreed-upon price.||It’s common practice that when you give your card details for a hold, the price should be fixed, but apparently, that was not the case here. The reception staff had no solution, no manager was available (and would only be available a week after we checked out), and when we tried to explain that we booked in Turkish Lira, they insisted their system listed it as Euro and could not change it.||What made the situation even worse was their suggestion that we simply cancel our reservation if we weren’t happy. We were left feeling helpless and frustrated with no willingness on their part to resolve the issue.
