Cumbali Plaza Hotel Istanbul — Hotel in Şişli

We asked our agency to book a room for us in this hotel. When we arrived İstanbul they took us to another hotel called “Cumbali luxury restaurant hotel”. That actually doesn’t look like a real hotel! It was so dirty, without no breakfast services and the elevator was too small and they didn’t have a luggage room! We booked two room but they just give us one room and told you should wait for your another room although the time was after 2:00 pm! We asked them why you change our hotel without telling nothing to us? They just say this hotel is much better( they were lying to us) and they do not have empty room! Finally we asked our agency to change this terrible hotel to a good one. I do not recommend you this...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The service throughout my stay was excellent — the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa Ozhan and Sedat, who went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage and transport needs.

The location is also fantastic, with easy access to key areas and attractions. I'm very happy I chose this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be returning...

-Eşimle birlikte konakladık. Güvenilir bir otel gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabilirsiniz. -Yorumlara bakarak gitmeden önce biraz tereddüt etmiştim ancak hiç bir sorunla karşılaşmadım. Odaların küçüklüğünden bahsedilmiş, kaldığımız oda gayet geniş ve yeterliydi, gitmeden önce odanın metrekaresi hakkında bilgi alabilirsiniz. Kirlilikten bahsedenler olmuş ancak hiç bir kirli yer görmedim odam ve otel gayet temizdi. Kir diye gönderilen fotoğraflarda otel demirbaşının eskimiş görselleri, haliyle bazı kısım demirbaşta zamanla eskime durumu var ancak hiç rahatsız edici bir durum yok ve kir, pislik, kıl, tüy, toz vs kesinlikle yok. -Otel hizmet ve kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, doyurucu ve tatmin edici, çeşitliliği bol. En önemliside yemek yediğimiz bölüm steril, temiz ve havalandırması gayet güzel. (Sadece küçük bir eksik yada bana öyle denk gelmiş olabilir sık kullanıldığı için, kahvaltıda kahve aldığımız makinanın suyun çıkış yerleri, haznesi vs yani derin temizliği daha sık yapılması daha iyi olur diye düşünüyorum.) Hizmet demişken resepsiyonda bulunan Mustafa Bey'ede değinmeden edemeyeceğim. Kendisine ilgi ve alakası, desteği, kibarlık ve yardımseverliği için teşekkür ediyorum. Bu kadar ince düşünceli, nezaket sahibi, oteli kendininmişçesine benimseyerek destekte bulunan ve size yardımcı olan bir çalışan bulmanız çok zor. -Son olarak otelin konumu ile ilgili, karşısındaki sokaktan yukarı doğru yürüdüğünüzde 6-7 dk içinde taksim meydana varabiliyorsunuz.
