I was greeted by three big smiles from staff, being a foreigner in a traditional Turkish Café. I don’t feel like that happens too often. One of the staff, I’m assuming the cook showed me straight into the kitchen. I asked for one of everything. As I wanted a full experience and a full experience I received. The meat was tender, and the artichoke was divine. Had the lentil soup and beans, and they filled up my basket with a whole loaf of bread if you’re in the area, I’ll definitely recommend if you want a hearty traditional Turkish lunch I spent around 500 lira as I mentioned before I ordered one...

An amazing Turkish experience! This is pretty much a family kitchen that you are welcomed to. Mom, daughter and Brother have been running this place for over 40 years.

We got to experience true Turkish hospitality and flavors. And the prices were so generous! Do not leave Istanbul without experiencing this place and beautiful family! We came at around 3 pm and the food was almost gone. They make a new menu everyday so easily you could try the best of Turkish cuisine if you...

Friendly people who make you feel at home, the food is always fresh and made with love. Price is affordable, flavors are simple yet bring out the best in the ingredients.
