11/10 ⭐️ The greatest Marriot I have ever stayed, the apartments were beyond cozy, but the staff is what made the stay unforgettable for me. Nillifer who offered to clean my room daily became more of a friend, I came for surgery and got my butt kicked so I didn’t do much. Having Nillifer check up on me was beyond sweet; she cleaned my room in such a quick fashion and left no stone unturned. I always came back to a perfect room. She’s so sweet the day I left she even gave me the cutest little knitted booties. When I come back, I will be requesting for Nillifer to be the one to clean my room again, because not only can she clean a room, but her company was nothing short of a pleasure to me. I had the privilege of meeting Ali (Chata) and he is such a sweetheart. I ordered room service every single day I was there, he was one of the best parts about ordering room service! He always come in with a smile on his face and contagious energy. He would put my placemat down, set up silverware, and make sure I liked what I saw. He never failed to bring me some of the biggest pieces of cheesecake I’ve ever seen, either. I can’t remember his name, but there was another gentleman who brought me food in the mornings and he too, was such a sweetheart. At one point, I left my blanket at the hospital during surgery. There’s young man downstairs who I do not member his name but he went and got me my blanket for me. I really wish I remembered his name, because I would love to point him out in particular. That stupid blanket makes me feel like I’m home, and the fact that he went out of his way to go get it for me, meant the world and was one of the kindest things someone could have done for me while I was having a hard time recovering and very far away from home. Muslim downstairs was beyond helpful. He went out of his way to have someone come give me a manicure pedicure, but unfortunate I slept though my alarm and missed my mani pedi. I’m sorry to Muslim, but I am so grateful that he did that for me. Everybody at the front desk was very helpful, the two young ladies always have a smile on their face and are ready to help or answer questions at any point.
It was very convenient my surgeons office was attached to the hotel. If I needed to go somewhere, the front/downstairs made sure I was good with where I was going and always helped offer an alternate on getting from place to place if I needed.
All around, wouldn’t have wanted to recover anywhere else- and having the support from the staff (especially them being so kind) makes it so there is no comparison to any other hotel. They have me the best experience I’ve ever had and made that hotel feel like a home away from home.
Thank you everyone, I look forward to being back...
Read moreWe traveled to Istanbul for our wedding and chose to stay at this hotel apartment after finding it on Booking.com. The reviews were positive, so we booked two spacious two-bedroom apartments with breakfast. Both apartments exceeded our expectations—they were large, well-furnished, and fully equipped with all the kitchenware we needed, much better than what we've experienced in other hotel apartments. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with everything we required. On our wedding day, they went above and beyond to coordinate the various teams, including the photographers, videographers, and hairstylists, ensuring everyone was guided to the right apartments. We also used the private lobby for some family photos, which was a great convenience.||The location of the hotel was fantastic—close to cafes, restaurants, and with a supermarket right next door, making it easy to grab anything we needed. I would like to give a special thanks to Umit, Yaren and Damla for all their help. The room service was also excellent. Although I can't recall the names of the two ladies who cleaned our apartments (1007 and 1004), they were extremely kind and adjusted their schedule to fit ours.||The only real letdown during our stay was the breakfast, which was provided by the independent “Le Pain Quotidien” restaurant rather than the hotel itself. The experience there was quite disappointing. On our first morning, we were frustrated to find that no one at the restaurant spoke English, making it incredibly difficult to communicate even basic requests. We had to ask someone from the hotel to come over just to help us order.||The breakfast itself was also underwhelming, with only one option available—the "Plaza." This consisted of a plate of scrambled eggs, some vegetables and fruits, and a single serving of coffee or tea per person. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. To make matters worse, when we asked for water, we were shocked to find out that it wasn’t included and that we had to pay extra for it. Even more frustrating was the fact that, since the restaurant operates independently from the hotel, they couldn’t add the charge to our room bill, making the whole experience even more inconvenient.||Despite having booked our stay with breakfast included, we ended up going only 2-3 times during our 10-day stay because the experience was so poor. Given that the restaurant is entirely separate from the hotel, there was little the hotel management could do to improve the situation. My strong advice would be to book the hotel without breakfast. There's a grocery store nearby where you can easily buy everything you need to prepare your own breakfast, which would likely be a much...
Read moreDear Marriot Executive Apartments Istanbul Fulya Management Team,||||I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. I would like to bring to your attention the conduct of Manager Mr. Ad S**r, who exhibited extreme rudeness and aggression towards me, culminating in a distressing and humiliating altercation in the hotel lobby in front of other guests.||||Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was initially greeted by Front Desk Agent Mr. Ibrahim. Following my request for a possible room upgrade during check-in, Mr. Ibrahim kindly assured me that an upgrade would be arranged. However, upon reaching the allocated room, I discovered that it was the same as the one I had originally booked. Upon informing Mr. Ibrahim of this discrepancy, Manager Mr. Ad Sr intervened, adamantly stating that an upgrade had been provided, despite the room matching my initial reservation.||||Subsequently, Mr. Ad Sr guided me to a different room, claiming it was an upgrade. Upon entering the room, it became evident that it did not correspond to my booking, as verified by the reference and images I presented. In response to my refusal of the incorrect room, Mr. Ad Sr threatened to downgrade my accommodation, leading to a verbal confrontation during which he acted aggressively and my safety felt compromised.||||The situation escalated when I was unfairly instructed to leave the hotel premises immediately, with security guards forcibly removing my family and belongings to the lobby. Furthermore, matters intensified when Mr. Sr threatened to involve the police over a misunderstanding regarding video recording within the premises. Such actions, including subsequent attempts at blacklisting me from the Marriott Bonvoy membership, were highly unsettling and unprofessional.||||In an attempt to seek resolution, I contacted my embassy, which facilitated communication with the hotel management. Regrettably, the outcome of the intervention was underwhelming, as the room key was sent to me through a third party without adequate explanation or apology for the distress caused.||||The entire incident was distressing, disruptive, and unacceptable, tarnishing what was meant to be a pleasant stay at your esteemed establishment. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to address the conduct of Manager Mr. Ad S*r to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future.||||I trust that you will handle this matter with the seriousness and urgency it warrants. I appreciate your attention to this concern and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.||||Thank you for your...
