This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my life so far. The rooms were incredibly dirty, there was dirt all over the ceiling and walls. There was mould in the bathroom and the bathroom had an awful sewer smell which would make you want to throw up every time you went in there. It was incredibly uncomfortable to take a shower because of how dirty it was. The light switch was also broken, WiFi barely worked and doors had some very old style locks which was uncomfortable. We stayed for 8 nights and throughout the whole time our room was only cleaned once, which I had to request from them and even once requested they said I had to leave my room key with them for them to clean it which was a first as every other hotel I've been to have a spare key for cleaners. Since there was no housekeeping done, I had to request myself for more toilet roll and any other amenities. There is no lift in the building and our room was on the 3rd floor which made it very difficult to take luggage up and down. The stairs leading from 2nd to 3rd floor had a step that broke as well which caused me to slip and injure my knee, throughout the whole time we were there this wasn't fixed and a second step was also cracking a breaking which didn't make us feel safe. The only good side to the hotel was the staff letting us into another room to rest until our room was ready as we arrived very early in the morning, this was really nice of them and I do appreciate that. The location of the property was quite good, however it was extremely noisy outside and the rooms were not soundproof so you could hear everything all throughout the night with people shouting outside as well. Overall I wouldn't be staying at this hotel again and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone...
Read moreAwful hotel. I don’t really know where to start but all I can say is avoid at all costs.||- Sheets were stained. Staff told me that this was fine because they’ve never had a problem with the cleaner before. These sheets were never changed.||- Electrical socket started sparking and smoking when I plugged the TV into what looked like the most unsafe extension chord I’ve ever seen. Staff said not to use it but didn’t remove it. Genuine fire risk.||- I came home with flea bites after my last night.||- No soundproofing at all. And I mean at all.||- Staff didn’t seem to care about any of my issues. They didn’t even provide toilet paper or hand soap until I asked for it.||- Safe was broken, no way to store valuables.||- Hot water very intermittent. Had a few ice cold showers.||- AC didn’t work properly||- Loud clicking all night from the motion sensor outside my room||TLDR; Do NOT stay here. I had to try my hardest to stop it...
Read moreOur room was clean and without any trash or other abusive materials. The personnel was young and polite and did not annoy us with requests like getting additional money, but they did not know English. The hotel is in the Fatih section of Istanbul near the Yenikapi Metro. There is no doubt about the cleanliness and calmness of the hotel's room. However, there are some disadvantages to this. No slippers are provided in the room or bathroom. The light in the room is weak, the TV has no signal, and there is no place to dry your washed clothes. The room has a cooler, tea maker, refrigerator, clean beds, toilet and bathroom, and windows with clean curtains, ensuring your basic needs are met. I stayed in the hotel for five days and suggested it for your trip. It is...
