Terrible! The food didn't even arrive together; there was a 10-minute gap between two dishes! I believe that when you go to a restaurant as a party of two, both dishes should ideally be served at the same time, not 10 minutes apart.
The worst part is that they lure people in to eat there and then add a service charge without informing you beforehand! In other words, they deceive their customers!! It is mentioned very obscurely on the menu that you're apparently supposed to pay 10% of the total bill! It's not about the 100 lira I paid for your service; it's about not deceiving your customers! You didn't even provide service! You didn't ask if the food tasted good or if we wanted anything else! Haha, I've never experienced anything like this. I was planning to pay with cash and even thought of tipping you an extra 200 lira just because, but when I saw the bill and realized you were deceiving people, I pointed it out and wanted to pay by card!
