Rooms365 — Hotel in Fethiye

Overall we had a pleasant stay. I wanted to rate this place more highly but there are a few issues. On the positive side: location is great, staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Negative side: big issue was the bathroom design and plumbing. They forgot to build a door to the toilet, they did not even add a privacy curtain so if you are in the room with someone they can watch you use the toilet. Other issues are that the plumbing fixtures have not been sealed into the wall. There are large gaps and sewage smells can and did come through the holes in the wall. This is an easy fix. Also the shower is nice but does not have a trap for hair so the shower backs up. By the end of the week, a 5 minute shower would have you standing in a large puddle. Also they only cleaned our room 1 in a week. I had to go down and borrow a broom and ask for my toilet paper which they gave me no problem. An easy fix would be a card to put on the door handle which would either say please clean, or don’t clean. Internet wasn’t great but worked. If they can fix the issues with the bathroom and plumbing I would say 4 or 5 stars. I hope they can make the changes. Everyone working there was very nice. Unfortunately we couldn’t explain the issues with the rooms due to the limited English spoken...

Perfectly stayed for 7 days in November. Fully rested after recent long sailing. Very convenient location to historical old town and ancient tombs walks. Amazing morning views over the mountains from the balcony. Downtown, “friday’s night” life, local supermarkets , cafes , yacht marine, atm..everything is at 10 min walking distance. Secured (cameras, code lock) stylish cosy building. I enjoyed modern design in bright colors,quiet a/c, perfect bedding, noise isolating windows, coffee bar, fridge.. wi-fi excellente:) Perfect for families and small companies ( suits with kitchen) All that for a very fair price. Very decent english speaking staff, will hint and advise if necessary.. Family owned place. Right...

Location: very good, central, buses to oludeniz and OtogarPlace: clean, very comfy beds, daily cleaning, renovated bathroom, nice view from balconyMinuses: half of our stay (3 nights) there was no WiFi, they gave us different but on our floor there was absolutely no connection to it so the problem was not di.Bathroom door: I wouldnt recommend it if you come with new boyfriend/girlfriend, using bathroom might be uncomfortable due to the fact that there is no regular door but more like 'door cover' on rail which leaves spaces o the right and left side so everything is heard in the roomOverall I would choose this place again if they fixed the WiFi i think is very nice...
