Köşe Kahve fethiye — Restaurant in Fethiye

We have been living in Fethiye for 5 months, and we have come to this restaurant every week. It's one of the first places we bring our friends when they visit. We think it should be on the Must-Visit List for Fethiye. Very authentic place that is perfect for those looking for healthy, clean and delicious options. Our favorite place for Turkish breakfast. All jams are homemade. Their ingredients are always fresh, all locally grown and organic as much as possible. The food is always made fresh to order. Since everything is fresh, all the ingredients are seasonal. So the same salad will taste a little different depending on if you're eating it in the winter, spring or summer. But Everytime, it's amazing! They are regularly creating new drinks and desserts. For example, Their new Elixir is made of hibiscus, crushed strawberries and fresh ground mint. Their detox water is huge and filled with fruits and herbs. Their pumpkin magnolia is extremely unique, and the best magnolia we've tried in Turkey. All their coffee is roasted on site, and several country origins to choose...

I stumbled upon this gem in December 2022, and have since then spent many hours and days enjoying the food and the friendly, relaxing atmosphere. I've had the chance to visit a few other cities in Turkey, but this cafe stands out as the most authentic place I've encountered.

If you're looking for a vegan dish, they have a couple of options that won't disappoint. I can't recommend the Vegan sandwich enough – I have, admittedly, eaten an unacceptable amount of it. It's not just large, it's downright delicious. Their salads might not be vegan by default, but they're more than willing to customize them to suit your diet.

The staff are such kind and friendly individuals. This is part of what makes this place so special to me.
