Kaptan Pansiyon — Hotel in Kaş

Stayed here with my husband on the recommendation of some local friends. Great location situated just up the hill from the center of town. A five minute walk from the central square and the beach, but just far enough to stay quiet at night. ||||Rooms were basic but tidy and ours had a small balcony facing the water. That said, the number one reason to stay here is the turkish breakfast with a view. The upstairs terrace is spacious and STUNNING. We would often linger up here for a couple hours just taking it in. It's also a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy an Efes or two. ||||Back to the breakfast: Kaptan Pansiyon is a small, family owned place and the owner makes all her own jam: she serves an array of four at breakfast with fresh bread. The spread included all of the usual stapes with a few variations day to day to keep things interesting. One day we were late after a morning run that was longer (and slower) than expected but she kept it open for us and let us hang out as long as we wanted. ||||As others have mentioned the English is limited but hospitality is warm and...

We were driving party of 5 on the coast of Antthere Wed we stop by kas with no booking in advance. We walked in Kaptan bb and luckyly they had rooms available for two night so we took it. ||||Our room was on the third floor no lift very basic accommodation but very clean and amazing view from the terrace well worth climbing the stairs. ||||We used the bbq on the terrace for dinner on the 2nd night there is a little kitchen all you need, well equipped. ||||Deniz and his family very friendly and always there if you need anything. We did a day boat trip on his boat was amazing experience not to forget most delicious lunch we had on the boat. ||||Highly recommend and sure I ll be back next time in kas....

A little family run pension. Very little English spoken but enough to get by. Rooms are fairly basic but very well priced at 100tl. Private bathrooms with a shower. We stayed here twice and both rooms had ocean views. Air conditioned rooms. Hardish beds, but this is fairly standard for all turkish accommodation. Free high speed wifi which worked well in the room. A beautiful communal roof top terrace which is where complimentary turkish style breakfast is served.
