Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel!!! We organized our wedding here in summer 2023, and it was a nightmare. Starting with the fact that they charged us for garland lights, claiming they were only for special events. At first, the price was ridiculously high, but later they offered us half the price since another event was using them too. We agreed, thinking it was a fair deal. But guess what? Those lights have been hanging there every single day since then! Why did we even pay for something they clearly use all the time? On top of that, they STOLE food from our wedding, including the bottom tier of our cake (what for?))! None of the guests even saw that bottom tier! The only piece anyone got was my husband and I cut together, and after that, the cake disappeared without a trace! And after that they even tried to hide cupcakes from us. When I asked for them, the staff looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. When they finally realized I wasn’t leaving without them, they pulled them out from some bottom shelf under towels, clearly trying to hide them. I’m pretty sure they never intended for those cupcakes to see the light of day either. Now about the service. Service was non-existent - our guests had to serve themselves, clean up, and even bring themselves food, yet the hotel demanded extra money for "serving more guests." For example, they wanted to serve the food we ordered in PLASTIC BAGS instead of proper plates! My bridesmaids had to fight with the staff to make them serve it properly. Even after that, even my parents didn’t get any food - all they saw were French fries and some salads. Where was the meat, fish, and everything else? And what service can we talk about in such circumstances?
This place is a joke. They ruined what should have been the happiest day of my life. Avoid this hotel as a place for organising your important events...
Read moreIf I could give a minus star, I would. This is not a Boutique Hotel.|We arrived at White Country Boutique Hotel Antalya on 15 June, at 16h38. When we got there the person at reception couldn't understand or speak English.|So when we said we are there to check in, she didn't know what to do.|After a lot of struggle, she said our room wasn't ready, but upon confirmation they said our room would've been ready by 14h00.|They then started to prepare a room, which was so dirty and smelled.|We then said we didn't want to stay in the room, and after a lot of back and forth, eventually spoke to someone claiming to be the manager. He said we could get another room, which was a downgrade, we paid Eur 169 for 2 nights, the room he wanted to give us was only Eur100. When we insisted on a refund he first didn't want to comply. He then came to the hotel, only for us to find out the "manager" cannot speak english, and he brought a friend with to speak to us.|When we asked for the difference in the room to be refunded he didn't want to, saying he will loose money, as he already paid commission to booking.com. Eventually he had the audacity to say to us he will refund us the difference in the room price if we give him a good review, as he doesn't want a bad review. We also took pictures of the dirty room, and he demanded we delete them. I work in Travel, and this is not how it works, you as the hotel should try your best to accommodate your guests. This hotel does nothing.|When we wouldn't agree, he basically chased us away, saying he will keep our money, but we have to leave and book a different hotel.|This is unacceptable. He eventually after a 2 hour argument refunded us 1800 TRY. We then had to book a different hotel, and spend extra money due to this.|Also.. do not trust the pictures, the rooms are nothing like on...
Read moreWe initially booked our reservation at La Cactus Hotel, which was unpredictably cancelled last minute by the hosts. So we had to move to this hotel, which actually seemed nicer at first. The room was equipped with AC, a hair dryer. The location is good.
Many cons: The fridge wasn’t cleaned up we found leftovers from the guests before. The bathroom installations aren’t maintained : faucet was broken and no separation between shower and toilet, the toilet wasn’t fixed on the floor and keeps moving, two shower heads but only one working and impossible to adjust. No shower gel was provided (only a bit left from the guests before I suppose), no hand soap as well… many electricity outtage during the night, no curtains on the front door we had to cover it ourselves so we can avoid the morning sunlight… Breakfast was not worth waking up for. If you suffer from rhinitis or allergies, I wouldn’t recommend staying here — I actually left really sick on the last day And the cherry on top was the reception lady who came twice, loudly knocking on our door and yelling at us to ”çik out” after the second night of our stay, even though we had paid for 3 nights. She later apologized, but in the most unpleasant way. Communication with her was very difficult as she only...
