I’m writing this review for the owner or investors, as I am an investor and business owner myself. If my employees ever treated customers this way, I would want to know.

Your business is being run by one of the most unprofessional teams I’ve encountered anywhere in the world. From the first day of my stay with my family, the staff have been rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful. They throw items on the table, bring the wrong dishes, deny their mistakes, and even call customers liars. The restaurant manager went as far as yelling at me so aggressively that I felt unsafe.

To make matters worse, I found multiple hairs in my food. The entire team—from management down—should be seriously questioned. They roll their eyes, speak with condescension, and show complete disregard for guests.

Turkey is known for its warmth and hospitality, but your staff completely betray that image. Please hire respectful, capable people who represent your country and your business with pride. As it stands, this team drives customers away and leaves a deeply negative...

Review of Breakfast at Riviera Costa

Breakfast Experience:

• The breakfast spread at Riviera Costa was impressive, with a wide range of options, including fruits, dry fruits, salads, bread, French fries, hot items, various cheeses, and cheese rolls, among others. There’s something for everyone, and it’s a meal not to miss! • Tea and Coffee: Available throughout breakfast, along with packaged drinks for children.

Overall Stay:

• We stayed in Turkey for 10 days, and our experience at Riviera Costa was enjoyable, largely due to the quality of the hotel. • Indian & Vegetarian Options: About 20% of the guests were Indian, yet there were limited options catering to Indian tastes. We recommend that Riviera Costa consider adding more Indian and vegetarian dishes to the breakfast and overall menu.

Be prepared for a dose of truth. The restaurant is hot as hell, only one ac working and 4 guys was sitting there forever before we showed up and stayed after we left. The doors were open to atmosphere which was sizzling 🥵 hot. But that’s not the only problem, there is mosquito 🦟 everywhere. You have to fight your way through while eating. And when I informed the careless man whom brought the money bill he tilted his head up and right showing approval sign on my statement about so much flys in the restaurant indicating that he won’t do anything about that and just collect the money and go away. As for the food (we ordered burgers, meat and chicken wrap and Cesar salad) it’s expensive and not tasty at all and your stomach will suffer afterwards because of lack of kitchen staff hygiene.
