The place feels more like a campsite rather than a hotel, and unfortunately, it’s clear that the bungalows are not very well maintained. For example, the bed cover was in poor condition, though we asked for extra ones and they were brought to us right away — which we appreciated. The towel smelled strongly of cigarettes. The hairdryer gave a small electric shock and didn’t work at all — this could be dangerous and definitely needs attention.
Overall, the bungalows would benefit from at least a bit of refurbishment — they feel quite neglected. Breakfast took a long time to arrive: we ordered tea and coffee at the beginning. Tea was brought after about 15 minutes, but the latte never came. In the end, we were told they simply couldn’t make it — it would have been better if they had let us know right away.
There are enough sunbeds on the beach, but the hotel only provides two umbrellas, both of which are in very poor condition. The sunbeds themselves are fine and usable.
One more thing to note: the restaurant operates until midnight, and if you're someone who goes to bed early, the loud music can be disturbing — it’s clearly audible inside the bungalow.
We booked 4 nights here, but in my opinion, this campsite is only comfortable enough for a maximum of 2 nights. I’m curious to see how the owner responds to reviews and whether the remaining days of our stay will be better. I plan to update this...
Read moreThis hotel looks cozy on their website picture but it is not quite like it in reality. Together with 9 colleagues, we have booked this hotel for a few days' stay in Antalya Side. We have arrived late at night and our first night was sleepless because the room was not quite what we had expected. The sheets were full of dirt stained, mattress and pillows smelled of old sweat. The air conditioning did not work well which made the room stuffy, airless and damp. The toilet was mouldy, nasty and in the shower, the water didn't flow well which caused the whole toilet to flood. The 5 rooms we booked were not in good condition at all. Some rooms could not close the toilet door, no soap or toilet paper at hand. The towels were well used. We have pointed this out to the staff but some of us received no action, the staff claimed the rooms were nice and clean and the stained sheets were ok, "it was just stained" said the room service.||We decided to move to another hotel and complain what we had experienced. He (owner) argued and got angry instead of sorting out the problem. He insisted on admitting the rooms were not quite clean. He also insisted to reimburse our deposit.||According to their website, the place has a rating of 8.8, which is a shame because the rating does not match the reality.||The front yard was cozy and one of the staff was friendly. The rest...
Read moreWe paid 160 Euro for 5 nights, and made the reservation on the phone just the day before. We got there and back by bus. (Havas from Airport Antalya to Antalya bus station and then a bus direction Alania, which stoped 2km to the hotel. Back it was easier-bus from hotel to manaugat and then bus to the airport. The hotel stuff are very kind and helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations. The location is great, directly on the promenade in front of the hotel beach. If you walk on the back street, after 1-2 min you will find the otogar-public bus station from where you can go on your own where you want. People there were also very helpful. The breakfast was Tee with a small plate with butter, jam, cheese and sausage, but it was more than enough. Regarding cleanness-depends on the expectations and we should not forget the price, which we paid. We find clean and tidy room. During our stay it was not cleaned, which was ok for us. We just changed the towels, when we asked. So no one gets into the room, when we were out. I'm sure, if we asked , they would do. The atmosphere was amazing, the cocktail and the food in the restaurant for dinner were wonderful too. Whenever I'm travelling and not looking for an all inclusive vacation, crowded with people usual hotel, I would stay...
