Terrible customer care attitude. I went there to meet someone who was attending a workshop. First of all, I had my water and banana confiscated at the entrance - in case I should dare consume them in the hotel. There was nowhere to sit in the lobby (only a section marked guests only and cordoned off), so I chose to sit in the EMPTY restaurant whilst I waited. But this was not allowed. The waitress told me that if I wasn't ordering I could not sit there. "There is no free seating in this hotel" I was told bluntly. Read moreThis hotel is ideal for a business traveler due to its location near to the CBD. It is quite spacious with very large rooms. For an old hotel, the rooms are quite nice and quiet. The WiFi was surprisingly very good. The only drawback was that I saw a few cockroaches here and there. The food portions at the restaurant were very very generous. The gym is adequate but opening hours can be abit of a disappointment. The gym is supposed to be opened at 6:30 but was surprised to find it dark at 6:45.
