This is partially due to the wide variety of leisure options it provided, like Cineplex 🎥📽️, bowling 🎳, with the supermarkets that had affordable snacks, beverages 🍷☕ for us 💃

Even now, it's still popular with the many businesses onsite, like Capital shoppers 🛒🛍️, Standard supermarket, Mini Su, Aristoc for your stationery needs. Banks inclusive of Stanbic, 🏠 Housing Finance Bank, the many agent banks and MM outlets.
