Since I had a great opportunity to stay in Odessa, I was really happy to stay in Hotel De Paris. |First of all location is super nice, at the city centre, so in walk distance guests can reach main streets and destinations.|The lobby area and restaurant look fancy and the same time you may slightly feel the era of old times before the revolution. Well obtained rooms, with nice big beds and city view. Especially what I loved is bathroom, where the lights are established the way like in steam room, so you may turn to really bright light or turn to non-brightly which makes you relax after long day.|The service is really nice, the stuff is highly professional. Especially I would like to thank Olga from F&B team, Valeriia and Natalia from Reception. These girls were always helpful and glad to assist anytime.|Of course I don’t want to underestimate others cause whole hotel service including housekeeping and laundry team was great. 👍|I Would Recommend Hotel De Paris in Odessa to my friends and travelers and would glad to come back...

Bonjour ,||J'ai réservé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel très bien placé ( proche des escaliers Potemkine) ,||A mon arrivée à 22h , un chek in qui a duré presque 2 heures suite à l’incompétence et l’antipathie de la réceptionniste Kristina ( Kristina réception de la nuit pas de la journée )||La blague inacceptable sont les mots de Kristina qui me propose soit de prendre ma chambre soit de changer d'hôtel ; une honte de dire ces mots à un membre accor hotel Platinium||Prise de la chambre à Minuit du coup après 8 heures de vol dans la journée||Déception avec un petit déjeuner excessif à 30€ pas à la hauteur ( il manque de tout ) ; on s'est retrouvé à aller prendre nos petits dejeuner dans les bars du coin hyper sympa et bons et pas cher et gourmands||Le lendemain j’ai demandé la responsable IRINA afin de lui relater les désagréments subis avec notre arrivée et elle n'a rien fait ; je suis membre platinium proche du Diamond et je n'ai eu aucun geste commercial de sa part mis à part après bataille de plus d'une heure une suite pour mes deux derniers jours alors que j'étais censée en avoir une pour mon séjour complet ;||On m'a également promis des points bonus sur ma carte et à ce jour je n'ai toujours rien après maintes réclamations ;en fait ils s'en moquent complètement , ils sont là uniquement pour prendre votre argent sans aucune réponse malgré mon statut ; ils ne répondent même pas aux mails ; je trouve cela inacceptable et inconcevable pour ce genre d'établissement ; je ne reviendrai plus jamais puisque vous n'avez rien de plus que votre chambre malgré qu'on ait droit normalement à un surclassement du séjour prévu avec votre statut ( j'attends toujours )||Ils se dégagent de toute responsabilités et aucun geste à mon égard ; je préférerai donner mon argent dans un autre hôtel ou vous serez certainement mieux reçu ; Un déception Totale qui me fait fuir de cet établissement !
