Our stay at Aloft Hotel Abu Dhabi was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Due to flight changes, we arrived very early at the airport (around 1:30 AM) and were unsure how to manage until the usual check-in time of 3 PM. We called the hotel after baggage claim, and Raed, the operator, patiently walked us through the process of early check-in, explaining the availability and extra costs involved. His clear guidance set a great tone for the experience ahead.

We reached the hotel around 5:30 AM, and Mustafa welcomed us warmly and efficiently assisted with the check-in process. The Duty Manager, Mero, went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering a great deal for early check-in, and by 6 AM, we were settled in our room. The room itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The overall hotel experience exceeded all expectations for a 4-star property. From the sleek and vibrant design to the exceptional service, everything was on point. Special mention to the concierge team, Mirza and Ola, who were incredibly helpful in arranging Yas Island transfers and finding taxis whenever needed. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist added so much value to our trip.

The breakfast spread was outstanding! Nicole and the entire breakfast team were attentive, ensuring everything was well-stocked and guests were taken care of. Every morning was a delight with the variety of options and the excellent quality of food.

One of the highlights of our stay was the Glow Bar. We visited it all three nights for shisha and light bites, and the ambiance was absolutely perfect. The outdoor seating, with its chic vibe and relaxing music, made it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff, including Omar, Bhawana, Edison, Diwash, Sweata, and Chichi, were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and professional. They made us feel so welcome, and their service truly elevated the experience. The quality of the shisha and the nibbles was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was one we’ll remember for a long time.
