I am supposed to be giving 5 out of 5 stars today on this place for our family choose to stay on our wedding day, but due to the reception name TEDDY makes everything ruin down to zero star rating. These place was untrusted, not safe for a family wise, as they just cared for a business. Let me tell you the story of this receptionist. I booked the place last May 21, 2025, through booking.com. I had booked 3 rooms. First, a couple of rooms - smoking area and 2 family rooms - non-smoking. We are totally 7 adults and 1 child. I have my father and mother, I have my husband, my mother in law and his sister, plus her husband and their child, age 6 years old. Now, when we reach the hotel today june 16, 2025 their is one reception guy, " I forgot his name," I have spoken with him clearly, that we have 3 rooms that I booked today for my family. I clearly confirmed with him the number of people and asked him if I had to pay an extra bed in case. He's clearly mentioned that there was no need to pay an extra bed and already had an additional bed included. You will pay only 25 aed if you have to do early check in between 12pm till 1pm after 1pm free of charge. And i mentioned, okay, I understand. Since we arrived at 12:45 pm. at the place, we chose to wait 15 minutes to start checking in. And now the time came, this TEDDY the reception. The guy who assisted me was first not available at that moment, maybe on break or bathroom when that time assisted. This TEDDY clearly mentioned differently that these 3 rooms I booked for my family are not possible. She was forcing us to book another 4th room as the policy of the hotel " Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Center is 1 room for 2 adults only. As I don't understand, I have booked 2 family rooms - non-smoking for 2 couples, 1 child, 6 years old, and for my husband's mother to be all of us, not separately. Now, I have been forced to be paid a room for one extra adult. Here are the updated bookings details: 1st room - new style double room - sming room (1109) Now after seeing the rooms giving us 2 connectiing rooms( 319 & 320), 1 room it has 1 queen size bed and another one single bed, in the second room, 1 queen size of bed and long sofa. It shows that 5 adults and 1 child can be able to stay in the room, but why are you forcing us to availed 1 more extra room, that no one will stay. Paying extra for what? Even 3 rooms already booked want 1 more total of 4 rooms already booked. In short, i have paid 3 family rooms now and 1 new double room total 4. I feel really disappointed the way she spoke with me rudely, and it was very poor service and untrusted to stay here, only business, not people, making them happy staying. Imagine we have all traveled all the way from Dubai just to visit Abu dhabi. It was really disappointing. I really want everyone to know " how dis appointing" they want us to pay additional rooms, and no one will stay. I will convey this message as well as this message to booking.com and trip advisory for this unprofessional treatment. It should give us something on behalf as I booked 3 rooms at the same time not to charge more. TRUST ME EVERYONE, IF MANAGER IGNORE THIS COMPLAIN WITHOUT ANY ACTION, means I am right. Even management is untrusted and not safe by supporting the...
Read moreI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below my expectations due to several serious issues that require your immediate attention. I feel it is important to highlight these concerns, as they not only reflect poorly on your establishment but also compromise the comfort and safety of your guests. Poor Treatment from Staff Throughout my stay, I encountered unprofessional and dismissive behavior from several members of your staff. My concerns were either ignored or addressed with a lack of urgency, which made me feel undervalued as a guest. Hospitality is a cornerstone of the hotel industry, and the treatment I received was far from what I expected. Negligence Regarding Guest Belongings I was alarmed by the lack of care and responsibility shown towards the belongings of guests. During my stay, I noticed that my personal items were handled carelessly, and the overall security of the room appeared to be compromised. This disregard for guests’ property is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of your staff. Room Cleanliness Issues The cleanliness of my room was far below acceptable standards. The bedding, floor, and bathroom were not adequately cleaned, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. A clean and hygienic environment is a basic expectation for any guest, and the failure to meet this standard is disappointing. Frequent Room Maintenance Problems I also encountered numerous maintenance issues that severely impacted my comfort: • The refrigerator in the room was malfunctioning and did not keep items cool, despite my repeated complaints. • The air conditioning unit was unreliable, making the room uncomfortably hot during certain times of the day. • Other room facilities, such as lighting and electrical outlets, were also in disrepair.
Each time I reported these issues, the response was either delayed or entirely neglected, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. Overall Neglect It is clear that there is a lack of proper management and quality control within your establishment. Guests should not have to deal with such consistent and glaring oversights during their stay. These issues not only affected my experience but also tarnished my perception of your brand.
I urge you to address these concerns immediately and take the necessary steps to improve your hotel’s standards. Proper training for your staff, thorough room inspections, and timely maintenance work are essential to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues.
I hope to hear back from you soon regarding this matter. Please let me know how you plan to resolve these concerns, as I strongly believe that your response will demonstrate the true values of your establishment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your...

This is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
From the staff’s attitude, to their operations, communication, and even the rooms—everything is a disaster.
As I write this, I still don’t know where my bags are.
I arrived at 12:30 PM and was asked to pay AED 50 for an “early check-in.” The valet, clearly from a third-party service, was told by the hotel staff to take my car with my luggage and bring them to reception.
I waited at the reception for 20 minutes while the front desk refused to check me in—and no one knew where my luggage was.
One staff member asked me to go down with him, and we literally walked around the hotel asking random people if they’d seen the valet. We never found him.
I had to leave for work without knowing where my things were.
Later, after checking in, I told them to please bring my luggage up—not as a luxury request, just a necessity. Instead, they led me to a storage room full of chairs and random items, and my suits were hanging on a signboard. I didn’t make a scene, I just pointed it out.
That was an hour ago.
I just called to follow up, and a rude staff member answered, speaking to me as if I was asking him for a personal favor. When I asked where my luggage was, he replied, “Where is it?”—as if it was my responsibility to track it.
Now, I understand this is technically considered a budget hotel, but being a budget hotel doesn’t justify this kind of chaos and treatment.
The rooms look like they’re stuck in the 90s, with below-average amenities, barely any sockets, and outdated everything.
And for the record, I’m paying AED 900 for two nights—this is not cheap, and certainly not value for money.
This is the second time I’ve stayed here, only because my work is nearby. But even the first stay was terrible, with unbearable noise and zero rest.
To add to all this, they have renovation, continuous construction noise morning til evening…
This time was so bad, I won’t even consider staying in the area again. I’d rather sleep in my car than go...
