Location is so so , I’ve stated in the newest part of the city before this time, this one is “almost waterfront “ property, the view from the window is great but this the end of it. The surrounding is then something you that will turn you away but not something appealing and welcoming. As soon as you enter the hotel the smell of the old building is Roth in your face. Dingy reception desk, not very welcoming foyer…. The check-in was ok , but keep in mind they will charge you for the lost keycard 50 DH, never had that experience. I booked a non-smoking room but as soon as I entered I could tell right away that someone use to smoke here. When I called the front desk they said someone will be there shortly. 30 minutes later the guy with the room spray appeared… I was speechless. How can you mask a cigarette smell that in the walls and furniture with a room spray? I room I requested was for 4 people there were only 2 bath towels , no hand towels, no wash cloths, and 2 pairs of sleepers in the room. No one actually checked how many people are staying in the room , great management! The mini sofa in the room has some nasty looking stains on seating cushion. Bathroom Shari’s but no fun in it …. The shower was large but walls covered with mold and floor drain is not working properly as you take a shower water just simply accumulating and your feet are 1-1,5 inch ( 3 -4 cm) deep in water. We asked for an iron so we can press out clothes and get ready to go out. After walking for an hour and making 2 phone calls and going back to the reception desk we gave up hope and just went out . In the end of the way when we came back to the hotel 8 hours later the iron was next to our room door…. super fast Breakfast was good , the only thing I would praise the hotel . As we would go out I wanted to refill my water flask with ice and water in the breakfast area I wis take it will be charge for it, seriously? Would i recommend this hotel . Of course not. Read moreFirst of, I've never been in this restaurant, tonight supposed to be our first time. Yesterday i call all the numbers on their web site to make a reservation for 8 people it took so long for them to answer calls with the 3 numbers that was written on their website. When i finally made the reservation, the lady on the phone told me ro call today for me know what cuisine will be available on the menu. So i call, again, the line took so long to response, i need to call couple of times before someone aswer the phone, and they answered it, straight up, put me on hold without anything to say, so i tried to call again, the second time i was available to tell that i made reservation and wanted to know whats on the menu, she said she will transfer my call and put me on hold. I was on hold for about a minute or so and they just hung up without me, able to talk to someone again. I tried again, they put me on hold for good two minutes, the last time i tried to call i told them that i will just cancel my reservation, she just tell me that she will ttansfer my call, right away without waiting for my answer.. They have a ridiculously bad costumer service, and i dont want to wait till i experience their actual service and food, if they can't be professional enough to answer phone calls i dont think they can be professional when it comes to their food and actual services.
