Falafel Alkofiya — Restaurant in Dubai

If I could give this restaurant zero reviews then I would have already done it. I am extremely disappointed with the service. In the Google maps it’s written that it open at 9 AM. I went to the restaurant at 10 AM after I’ve driven 40 mins to Al Seef only to eat at this restaurant. The waiter didn’t even notice that I was sitting until I approached her and asked for the menu, she was clearly not in the mood for me. When we wanted to order she told us that the chefs haven’t already arrived and that they’ll arrive at 11 AM??? And in the Google map you’ve written you open at 9?? She didn’t even tell us that we can place the order till the chefs arrive, she was hinting to...

One of, if not the best middle eastern food you can get in Alseef. Got the hummus, falafel and the chicken shawarma. Everything was done perfectly, the shawarma was perfectly filled and flavoured, texture was all there, the bread that came with the hummus was light and fluffy, the hummus itself was a burst of flavour, the falafel was hot and fresh, even the Coca Cola was so refreshing. Service is amazing too, although they sometimes forget things or drop things on accident, they were super nice and polite and got us everything we wanted. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was impeccable and the waitress was very helpful and prompt. I found the food to be slightly lacking the authentic taste I was expecting. The foul had no lemon on it all, the hummus was basic. The falafel was nice. The tahini sauce that came with it was a bit under par I think (it needed something, possibly more cumin and lemon). The green chili sauce was not hot at all, was it made out of peppers? I found no fizzy alternative to Coca-Cola in the menu .. So over all I enjoyed the visit a d the atmosphere but the food could do with little improvement. Please stock alternatives...
