I visited this restaurant for the first time to try some Iraqi cuisine and I was sitting outside. However , while sitting for long time and no one came to my table for taking order and even all the waiters were passing but no one bothered to take order and after waiting for almost 20 mins I have to ask by myself “ can you give me menu please “ then one waiter came to me and handed over one menu and I have ordered Iraqi tashreeb and qalva mouselva, lamb tikka ,lentil soup fried kibbeh . well the taste was awesome without any doubt but in tashreeb the gravy was very less and when I asked the waiter to bring extra gravy so he took the bowl inside and came back by saying “gravy is finished “ later after the meal I requested for tea but the waiter was serving other table who came after me then I lost my patience and I asked the waiter “why you’re not bringing the tea ? I have seen you’re serving others who came after me “ so he replied without proper smile and in attitude “ sorry cups finished “
I’m wondering this is a huge restaurant and not even new but how come they are lacking in food stock, cups are not enough ? What I have noticed that these people have different attitude towards “ Indians or other Asians “ when they see any Indian or Pakistani arrive in their restaurant so suddenly the attitude changes like a lizard.
Lastly , one of their waiter came to me and served tea then the manager brought machine and didn’t Charge for tea instead he showed some respect and asked whether the food and service was good or not ..
Final conclusion :-
For taste I will give 8/10 For service sadly I will give 3/10 because at the end the manager was kind enough to ask us about food and service review and didn’t charge us for tea and lentil soup. I don’t mind paying but service should be good so all customers will return back with smile on...
Read moreNew review 09022023: Really happy to see the environment created by the well hard working Team. Quality of food and freshness really enjoyed it and they bring all the things needed for a well going restaurant. My old review is already old 😁. Must visit now.
Old review :As I love to eat Arabic food and trying my best to visit most of the nearby restaurant for fine dining. But sometimes it's really disappointing when food doesn't met your expectations. Visited several times with my friends and had lunch, ordered meat and chicken plate shawarma and they give fresh baked roti and biryani rice with mix grilled(missed to take pictures) and of course enjoyed the food even it was l on the bland side but fresh. So decided to bring my family for dinner to the spot and really disappointed with the cold and dry food. Only things they have to improve is food quality as restaurant ambiance and spot is in good place. The roti was cold. Fried chicken outer part was good but inside was tasteless and cold. Plate shawarma was cold and minimal taste. You cant even taste and fell it's shawarma. rice was dry and cold.. they don't even enjoyed the visit.
If you want to try then I recommend you to go in afternoon as you will...
Read moreToday, on 21.01.24, my three friends and I visited this restaurant and ordered the chicken charcoal full. One friend requested hot water, which initially posed a language barrier with the waiters. Eventually, we received it, but it was dirty and had insects inside. Despite our initial struggle to request water, we refrained from asking again.
A waiter placed bread on our table, but it took 30 minutes to be served, making it cold. After requesting a fresh batch, it took an additional 10 minutes. When we finished the bread and sought additional, no one responded. The chicken's taste was also unsatisfactory, being undercooked.
This initial visit turned out to be our worst experience. Waiting ten minutes for the bill, we had to approach the counter to settle the amount. Due to this negative encounter, we decided against ordering more food and left.
Finding no supervisor to address our concerns, we couldn't provide feedback on our disappointing experience. The service delivery urgently requires improvement, or the restaurant may struggle in the...
