Little Lamb Malatang & BBQ Buffet (Xiao Wei Yang) — Restaurant in Dubai

My favourite hotpot I’ve ever had in dubai! Great value 45aed inc VAT, all you can eat! So happy to finally find such an amazing hotpot restaurant! I hope they will keep up the same offer and service as there are too many hotpot restaurants saturating Dubai now, but I think this one is the best one! Their lamb rolls especially is super tasty and wide selection of sauces included.

Very busy during peak hours. Reservations not accepted. Had to wait for a table for 2 persons but I was fine with this. The receptionist offered to call my phone whenever a table would be ready, so I took a wander to the plentiful shops outside. Worth the wait I have to say!

Plum juice and lemon water included. However the ice ran out during the evening and there wasn’t anymore. Desserts offered is mainly ice cream. The egg tart wasn’t good (overcooked and not fresh) but this did not dampen my evening. Bbq/grill items included too but sometimes a bit of a wait, but understandable considering it was a busy evening. Would recommend the chicken wings! Bbq/grill items you order from the menu and staff bring to your table from kitchen, rather than you cook yourself with hotpot.

Well stocked up on all hotpot items constantly! However they do not offer seafood crab legs like other hotpot establishments. Staff are very helpful and they will remind all customers to wear facemasks when going up to get food. Was impressed the Pakistani staff could speak fluent Mandarin!

Worth noting that unfortunately the 45aed offer is only valid in the Deira and Salah AL Din branches. I hope one day soon they can consider expanding the same deal to JBR and all their...

I recently visited this spot with a party of 11 for a gathering. We booked a birthday room, but it was uncomfortably hot, and we were only given handheld fans to cope. Despite this, the crew was helpful and provided extra spoons, bowls, broth, and other essentials as needed.

We tried several meats, and unfortunately, they all had an overly sweet taste, including the chicken and chicken wings, which didn't have the savory flavor you would expect from BBQ. This left me with stomach troubles, though it might just be my sensitivity. If you don't like sweet-tasting meats, this place isn't for you.

The only items that stood out were the lemon juice boxes and the spicy broth for the prepackaged noodles, which were arguably the best in my opinion. The donuts, jelly, and other desserts were also disappointing, with the exception of the fresh fruits like watermelon and melon.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for gatherings or even everyday meals. The buffet, priced at 59 DHS for the all-you-can-eat option, is not worth it. The 4.9 rating for this place is deceiving based on my experience. We made the best of the situation, but I can't endorse this place. This was our first time experiencing a Chinese Hotpot and BBQ, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable meals of our trip. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively, warm, and inviting. The interior had a modern yet traditional Chinese aesthetic that instantly set the mood for a great dining experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, patiently explaining how everything worked since it was our first time. Their service made us feel very comfortable and added a personal touch to the meal.

What truly stood out was the variety and quality of the ingredients. The selection for the hotpot and BBQ was extensive—from fresh seafood, premium cuts of meat, and a wide range of vegetables and noodles to delicious dipping sauces you could customize to your taste. Everything was fresh and of high quality.

We also sampled a few of their precooked items, which were surprisingly good—especially considering we were focused on the hotpot and BBQ. Some dishes we tried for the very first time here, and they were absolutely incredible. The flavor combinations were new and exciting, and it felt like a true culinary adventure.
