Manhattan Avenue Hotel LLC — Hotel in Dubai

This hotel needs to think on training their staff on ettiquets. Yesterday, when I came to visit Mint restraunt, they asked me to drop my hand bag to the security and when I asked the reason for keeping it, they told me carrying hand bag, was not allowed in the restraunt. Still that was okay, I kept it and went to the restraunt. When I came out around 11 pm, and then went for collection over there, the security personal was not present there. Then, I tried to see around for few mins for my hand bag collection and then one staff, in black suit, seams a hotel supervisor or manager came started talking rudely and with rough language. He misbehaved with me without any reason. He was a malyali, opposite to typical malyali behaviour, who are by and large very polite, was abusive and disrespecting. He has no respect for me and I feel very offended. Rating bad because of this staff and wont recommend anyone to visit that hotel, atleast not to visit...

Outdated, overpriced and sketchy ...

If you're looking to revel in sketchy and shady outdated accomodations, look no farther than this run down overpriced "hotel".

If you enjoy rooms that don't lock from the inside, or simply enjoy listening to off rythem disco beats booming into your room through every floor until 3:00 am each morning--this outdated sketched out hotel can be yours.

Don't use a credit card when you check in, or at least avoid the front desk at night when checking out. He'll insist your credit card hadn't been used while he pinches you for an additional 300 aed.

The broken window air conditioning unit however, provides that restful sleep only drowned out by the sausage club downstairs running porno flicks after hours for its sweaty third country...

This was the worst experience I've ever had. Nothing was clean. The streets of Dubai are even cleaner!! The service was horrible, I've called many times without getting an answer, they simply replied with " yes yes, good buy" and nobody shows up. There are cockroachs everywhere, everywhere, everywhere!! You simply couldn't escape them. Eventually the staff handed me a note saying, that I should tidy the room before I leave!! How about I clean the whole hotel while at it??!! I escaped the hotel running from the horrific experience, not even mention the smell of feces all over. I am filling a report and involving my lawyer if the hotel doesn't give me my money back. I think it's the least to expect after the PTSD that I acquired in...
