Mariana Hotel — Hotel in Dubai

Extremely very poor and bad experience 😢 😞 😔 about this hotel honestly. I won't recommend anyone to book this hotel and neither will I ever again. Very untidy and uncleaned hotel, bathroom looks very bad and very uncomfortable to use, room looks very uncleaned/untidy as well, needs a lot of improvement, there is a hole in the bathroom room 216 that looks scary and dangerously uncomfortable, staff are not really helpful and very unfriendly as well..breakfast is very rubbish, you have to go to reception to collect your breakfast in a take away bowl and no where to eat it except in your room..goosshhhhhh!!! Overall, very bad so I had to book another hotel when I had to change my flight ✈... Very bad experience and uncomfortable one for...

My worst experience with a hotel!!! I made a reservation as normal procedure, reach the reception and try checking in. The impolite checkin agent keeps speaking to his colleagues amidst my presence. After a period of around 15minutes waiting, he tells me that I have no booking of which I prove him wrong with my booking details. He wakes up from dreamland and checks my guests in.

The moment of truth was getting in the room with dirty used towels on the floor, absolutely dirty bathroom with no clean towels and when I complained about this the checkin agent assures me that I can only get proper service during day time.

My guest night and entire visit was ruined right from day one.

If half star existed they wouldn't even qualify...

Excuse my French but hot dymn this place is a dump.. I hate false advertisement.. I went back down there and told them I want a room that looks like what’s in the picture.. I shouldn’t have listened to my friend for this... Smh

I have changed my review.. This place is in a fantastic location! Near the trains, gold soulk and water.. The hotel isnt the best of the best.. I was given a better room, once I showed them the picture of the room I was expected.. The new room was much better than the last one.. So I gave them a 3 star!! The staff the bellboy and the Room service was very kind to me!! The receptionist he warmed up to me! lol... I had to keep a lot of smiles on my face to get them to take care of me!!...
