Foul w Hummus Restaurants — Restaurant in Dubai

• Update * After giving them nice review before now it's time to take back my words Went there ordered some food and some people came right after me so he decided to serve them my own food first when it was ready which is falafel plate and mu bread and he served rest items because they didn't order similar items but he didn't serve me bread as if I'm going to eat the foul with my hands, waited and waited and waited until my bread came so i started eating them after 7 minutes my falafel was ready to be served so the same other table c**ame after me decided to add extra falafel plate so he simply decided to again serve them my food and keep my waiting i hold myself from speaking and then it came to the moment when i was waiting for him to serve my vegetables plate that i ordered but guess what ?? The same table decided to order vegetables plate so he. Simply served them my food again.

I had to pay for what i eat and leave since i felt disrespected and not welcome, i told him what you're doing is not right so he gave me simple reply as he don't care. On top of this the employees was fighting among them using swear words and cursing each other's religion which is criminal offense in UAE law plus they had no respect for the climates standing in front of them including ladies and kids.

Called their owner and reported them but he didn't sound like he actually care, restaurant positive reviews is all built on bloggers and paid people so I'll make sure to at least give them minimum of 30 negative reviews in the next few days to drop their fake rating.

Food is nice but can be improved, many items in the menu are not available always, 4 stars only because i placed order once and they just sent me...

It started as a usual day , checking out a new venue , read some reviews , looks ok , ordered 2 sandwiches , while waiting noticed the staff fighting ... not my problem .. stared abit and noticed the lack of gloves and the open food in the kitchen ... hoped for the best .. wanted to pay by card ... only cash ... fine walked abit and got some from the grocery ... then started devouring the sandwiches .... bland ... no flavoring , no vegetables , just the 2 basic items as listed in the menu ... some ingredients are cold while others are warm .....went back home ... some hours later my appetite is still off .... tried drinking water and then my body went into eject mode .... all passengers had to leave from all exits .... Dehydration , Diarrhea, Dizziness ... ah yes the usual food poisoning .... Day 2 still trying to recover by eating fruits and just water .... Day 3 now that i have some form of energy decided to write this on the hopes of someone else not going through agony ..... and before anyone else thinks ots my tolerance to food , im used to many different types of food especially Egyptian.. but this one is unique .... my first and last...

I recently visited Foul Hummus and, unfortunately, my experience was not positive. • Cleanliness & Hygiene: The kitchen appeared messy and disorganized. From what I observed, it did not seem to follow proper sanitary standards. In a city like Dubai, where food safety is taken seriously, this is a major concern. • Service & Professionalism: When I asked politely to speak with a purchasing manager, the staff could not provide a name or contact and responded in a way that did not feel welcoming. It gave the impression that there was little structure or professionalism in how the restaurant is managed. • Atmosphere: The dining area had little to no atmosphere, with only one staff member present. As a guest, it did not feel inviting. • Food: Based on the lack of care shown in the restaurant environment and service, it was difficult to feel confident in the food. The quality did not reflect passion or attention to detail.

Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Cleanliness, professional service, and welcoming hospitality are basic expectations in Dubai’s dining scene, and unfortunately Foul Hummus fell short in all of...
