One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. The attention to detail in the room is crazy. We stayed in the Psycho Cocoa room which is actually a full on flat with a kitchen and a living room separate from the room and bathroom. The living room had a vinyl player so we enjoyed some old classics like The Beatles. The coffee machine was a grind machine which tasted great. The bathroom had a shower beer cabinet with two beers which were complimentary. The room had a neon writing above the bed which was cool. The heating worked perfectly which was important for our winter visit. Breakfast in the morning was small but perfect, wouldn’t want more. It consisted in a croissant, a banana, a Trek bar and an orange which would be left in front of your door in the morning.
Complimentary with the room, you get access to free sweets in the corridor. You can also use two sets of bikes which are in the corridor too.
Finally, at the ground floor you have a BrewDog bar with friendly staff, great food and all the best craft beers from BrewDog.
I will definitely look to stay in a...
Read moreMy wife, 6yr old son and myself all stayed here for a night so we could get an early start at Codonas and we are so glad we did. Firstly the staff were lovely, welcoming us and showing us to our apartment - which was amazing. Plenty of space, very quirky and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed playing the board games provided whilst listening (and dancing) to Sam Cooke on the record player in the room. We even enjoyed some of the vegan snacks in the mini bar and played a bit of the guitar. We had our tea down in the brewdog pub and it was absolutely delicious with plenty of vegan options for all of us. ||Only negatives were the bed was a bit squeaky and there was some noise from the pub below for a while but all in all it was a fantastic apartment and experience. Our son keeps asking for us to go and stay again so can't get better...
Read moreBooked an ITISON deal for overnight stay including dinner. Check in was easy. Great room layout with separate living/kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom. Welcome drink from the bar was great, also 2x Complimentary beers in the shower fridge. We had previously stayed in the Edinburgh Hotel and had 2 mini fridges filled with a wide selection of beers. The kennels only had the 2 Complimentary beers, this wasn't an issue for us as we brought our own to stock fridge up with. Rooms have waterbowl for dogs and hotel happy to supply a dog bed if required. Bed was so comfy and shower Great. Breakfast box was OK although croissants a bit burnt and chewy. The WiFi did stop working around 11pm whkle we were half way through streaming something 🤨. All in all a great stay, not quite at the Edinburgh Brewdog hotel standard but still...
