Belfast Serviced Apartments - Belgravia — Hotel in Belfast

stayed at this property checked in and was allocated the 3rd floor apartment. It was a last minute booking as I just got out of hospital. On arrival property location was great however the street it was on was quite rough and I didn't even want to go in glad I did tho because it's fabulous inside. The reason I am marking it 1* is because from 11am to 3pm I heard everything the bottom floor was doing as I am sure they heard me the floors are very creaky for such a newly refurbished appartment. I decided it was time to get some sleep unfortunately there was a number of fans to the back of the apartment as the bedroom window faces the back of the centra shop the staff were constantly in and out smoking the fans were going and it was very hard to sleep! Then the appartment door wasn't locking and I went to shop couldn't get back in as key code wouldn't work just as well my partner didn't leave otherwise we would have been locked out. Then tried the shower there is no temperature control so I got roasted!At 3pm I had enough rang and told the guy I was leaving. I paid £120 in total he gave me £80 back. He did not take to kindly to me complaining and said nobody has ever made this complaint before however you would need ear plugs...

We booked and paid for two nights, got confirmation that it was booked and paid for. At about 3am on the day we were meant to go there we got email to say they wanted a copy of our passport and the card we had paid with by 1pm or they would cancel the booking. I checked our account and the money had been taken from our account. We rushed and drove from Dublin to Belfast by 11am and managed to find a phone number Connor said everything was OK and something had gone wrong with the booking group, but we would get access at 3pm, at 2.15pm we got an email thanking us for our cancellation. Checked bank account money still taken from our account. Spoke on phone to Connor he said booking group was not going to pay him as there was a problem with us paying he also said we could still stay there but we would have to pay him direct, in other words pay twice for the same accommodation. I then received another email offering the same named apartments, same address that we had driven by but a different picture, very classy. Big, big scam, have nothing to do with...

Our apartment was very well equipped and comfortable - excellent kitchen facilities, great heating system, good TV and Wifi, etc. The front door and apartment entry system and security is good, but required very careful reading of the instructions.||||It's a good location with pubs, cafes, supermarket and takeaways nearby. We had a rental car, and parking outside in the street is a bit of a lottery. On arrival we had to park further down the street, but that evening we got a park almost directly outside. Finding Belgravia Avenue was easy enough, and then travelling by car to Crumlin Road Goal and the Titanic Centre worked very well for us.||||It seems that Belfast Apartments - Belgravia is primarily managed by online booking and automated emails. Our email enquiry about parking went unanswered. That said, booking, emailed instructions, etc. all worked very well. This is one of the best apartments we've had and very good value for money (we booked direct), so based on our experience we would highly recommend...
