Fantastic accommodation. I was really surprised with the high standards of this guesthouse. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean & very modern. Breakfast was included in the price. We are a big family so we booked 2 rooms and both of them were fantastic. There was a TV in each room with a wide variety of channels. I've stayed in 4 stars hotels before that had worse standards than this guesthouse. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We've asked for additional towels and were given them straight away. Really recommend this place in Belfast. We will definitely return.

Last minute having to book into some local accommodation...only one room available #1 on the top floor (roof space)...AVOID! ||||The staff apology for it being the 'last' room, along with a look of commiseration when giving me the key, was a bad omen which went unnoticed at the time.||||On arrival at the property, first impressions were very promising, with a large open and modern ground floor/ lounge area...however it soon turned to disappointment when getting, up, up and up to the room. ||||The room was very small, with 'Deluxe' being a word which does NOT deserve its place in the advertised description. ||||Unrecognisable from any of the room pictures shown on the site, it was a very standard/ basic B&B room which I would have been happy to pay half the 'Deluxe' charge for...thinking about it maybe that is what 'Deluxe' meant, the Price! ||||Don't get excited about a cooked breakfast each morning, as due to Corona your told on arrival that it's currently basic tea/ coffee/ juice, toast and or cereal. ||||Our booking was for 3 Nights in total. ||||*So to list its failings; ||||Only 1 pillow per bed, so comfort certainly not high on the agenda here (yes, odd isn't it!), be prepared to get a stiff neck, from watching the TV being propped up by a soft folded pillow, unless of course you are the more adventurous type, although you'll have to forget having a chandelier to swing from! ||||||No replenishing of the complimentary tea/ coffee after first use, so best to bring or buy your own for the duration (which we did)! ||||No automatic replacement of Towels/ Bedding, or any enquiry as to whether it was wanted/ needed, so we had the same two towels (poor quality, small, and with the absorbency of a brick). ||||No approach/ room visit at any time from staff (even with social distancing, they seem to be taking it to a whole new level), best not to collapse in your room as you'll be growing roots by the time the staff find you. A 'do not disturb' hanger is certainly not a requirement here!    ||||The Bathroom light/ movement sensor is poorly fitted/ positioned, and of low quality, resulting in the ridiculous, and often dangerous situation, that you are suddenly and continuously,  plunged into darkness whilst using the toilet or having a shower. (there has been the same complaint before, so clearly not much credit given to Reviews, which is always foolish for any business. ||||There is a large skylight in the roof/ low ceiling, which has no blind, so be prepared to have a sleeping area which is void of complete darkness throughout the night, and in full daylight from the break of dawn. *update on this, there is a blind which we found out when getting ready to leave this morning, just have to climb up onto the bed to access it. ||||The walls and floors are paper thin, don't expect or hope for a noise free stay, a good sleep guarantee certainly wouldn't be a success here. ||||Due to being a roof space, with skylight and low ceiling, when it rains it's is like cats on a tin roof, very noisy. ||||The shower head needs replacing, so the flow is uneven and restricted, a basic school boy error on their part, clearly putting low cost savings over customer experience. But don't worry too much as you'll spend most of your shower waving your arms around trying to get the light to stay/ come on.||||Bizarrely, the bathroom sink has a max flow push button mixer tap, as you would expect to find in public toilets or in a school.||||Trying to make sense of the room, it is clear much of the revenue must come from the student population, hence why you can't be trusted to turn off the lights or the taps, and I suppose why you might be expected not to be bothered by having to use the same towel and bedding for the duration of your stay, no matter how long that might be! ||||Having read other reviews, we can count ourselves lucky that there are restrictions currently in place,  because I can safely assume, that it would be a student fest, and a very noisy place to stay ordinarily. ||||Shan't be making a second visit, even if there are other rooms that do actually match the pictures provided and which live up to the waffle. ||||Having seen other positive reviews, there must be some nice, spacious, dare say it 'Deluxe' rooms, unless of course, they were written pre Corona, and people were too drunk or stoned to notice! ||||A disappointing experience overall, which if I can offer some constructive feedback to the establishment, could be improved by simple attention to detail, basic expenditure, and a good level of regular review and or...

On arriving at the guest house we were pleasantly surprised to see just how near you actually are to Belfast town centre. The guest house is clean but basic but this is reflected in the price you pay and this needs to be remembered. Our room was number 3 so at the top

I got to Camera House in New Year's Eve on December 31, 2020 in the noon and I have been greeted by Joe the manager of the location. I experienced good services, clean room, the location is pretty close to the city center, lots of restaurants, shops, pubs around. I benefited from clean services every time when I asked because I was not just a regular (1, 2 nights tourist), since December till middle of May 2021 I was at Camera House, almost 5 months. You may imagine that I got to know the staff better and better, the owner as well. Like I use to say, in time you get to know people better and better and I can say there are kind people, ready to help if you need something and yes can be named human beings because lot of people nowadays forget to be human. What I liked the most ? Well, it was basically my home up to 5 months so I will leave it for your discretion for who wants to read this. Also I would like to add the fact that I do really believe that what you give is what you get in life and although there might be people with a different opinion about the location, I think is normal because we are different and we have the right to be different; in the same time I would like to add the fact that you attract in life what you give off and when you don't like what you get you can check what you give if that makes sense. So I guess I gave beautiful things because I experienced a great journey at Camera House, people on the same vibe. :)||||Thank You Camera House, and I wish everybody to be blessed with everything you want in...
