Excellent spacious accommodation, very friendly customer service from Diana. Room had large double comfy bed and single bed. Small fridge which was very beneficial; Fruit, Cereal, yoghurt, Tea and Coffee provided as-well as some chocolates and little welcome card. Well laid out Ensuite complete with electric shower. Free Parking outside accommodation. Overall, I will look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend this very comfortable accommodation which also has guest sitting room. Close location to many nearby shops within walking distance as well as bus stop close by.

Lovely spacious rooms in a beautiful Victorian townhouse, OYO Avenue House has everything you need for a weekend stay in Belfast. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is close to many shops and cafes, but a lovely 25 minute walk to the Town Centre also leaves you spoilt for choice with pubs and eateries. The Botanical Gardens which also house the Ulster Museum are a must see, and only down the road.

Lovely little hotel situated in a nice local, and quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean, with friendly touches of chocolate. Breakfast was prepackaged in a box with a couple of fruits, oats and cereal, bowls with yogurt and milk in the fridge. Would be good to consider getting plant milk in case someone doesn’t have dairy.

DO NOT BOOK WITH OYO!!!!!! Booked OYO Avenue House way back in April for to stay August 6th for 2 nights. I thought it was pay on arrival but noticed OYO had took payment from me the day BEFORE my arrival. So i phoned up and queried this asking of they had received money they confirmed yes and all was good to go. Travelled all the way from Glasgow to Belfast and I arrived at my destination to be told my booking had been cancelled and they were fully booked! I was confused but now i understand THIS HOTEL COMPANY IS GREEDY!! OVERBOOKING AND TAKING GUESTS MONEY THEN CANCELLING THEIR STAY!!! I am in the process of getting OYO shut down! DISGUSTING That they took my money and left me and my 7 year old Daughter stranded in a strange city with nowhere...

Disappointing. Spoiled by the fact that they didn't offer to return an expensive iPhone charger I accidentally left behind. Have still not heard back. No welcome email prior to stay which would have put me at ease considering I couldn't find the confirmation of the room and so was frantically looking for it on the day of travel so I would know where I was going. The staff didn't take the dirty plates away after breakfast so we had to look at these all morning, on the table. They wanted payment before seeing room which I thought was a cheek. There was dirt on the floor outside my room. There was a stain on my pillow. Double bed not King Size meant the comfort factor was compromised. However, two stars for...
