We were in Belfast for a family function, having come over from Canada & Australia. We went into this restaurant for dinner. To start with ,we ordered some hot water to buy us some time so we could decide on the wine and the mains as we were too tired and thought we’d head for the mains directly. The staff came in to take the order and as soon as i placed my order ,he said that's a side order and we are supposed to make main orders,he didn’t even give us a chance to complete our orders ,So we asked him what a side order was and he straight away burst out saying, i am not serving you all and you can leave. We enquired for his manager and it was an other village idiot .These scumbags literally took us to be from his third world hometown and had that attitude and approach. It ended up in verbal abuses, with us walking out. These filthy pests needs some serious customer service training and basic manners to deal with people. There is no option of rating a zero.Ashamed to be writing a review like this ,but these fellows need a harsh reality check. Our first experience of...

We werea group of 50 indians in belfast to see titanic quarter. It was about 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday the 1st of August 2017. We checked online if an indian restaurant is open nearby. So with the help of google maps we found this restaurant which was suppose to open until 14.30. So we decided to drive there. We were there at 14.15. Door was open and we got in. But the staff who were doing nothing and just standing around told me that they are closed for the day. I asked what time they close at ?? They said 14.30. Then i said its only 14.15. Now. They said last orders are around 14.00 hours. So i asked them that i need to speak to the manager or the owners. They asked me come next day to speak to him. We didn't and will never go back in that restaurant again.... so very much disappointed. Ended up buying crisps and coke next door..........please do not waste your time going there..... even if they do give you a table... there is guarantee after seeing there roodness that the service will also be at the lowest...

This is the first time I go to this place and I do regret it , I went with my family and we waited on the door for 10 minutes after that they told us to go and sit somewhere until one of the tables were free and we sat their for exactly 40 minutes and just before we were about to leave they told us to sit on the tables they give us a glass of orange juice and they toke our order and another 30 minutes of waiting all together will be 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting for our food and also it was very very loud and the music was annoying and it didn’t Suit the place at all until I got a headache after we got the food they said we will take off some of the food on the bill so the price will be cheaper because we waited way to longgg and at the end the bill was about £100 and we paid £60 or £70 and even tho the half price offer was on!!!, Like honestly do u think this is a good fancy...

The interior was cosy and the staff were friendly. About food- I think it was targeted at sweet-curry lovers- not for Asians. We asked the waiter to make the chicken to be hot, even to add Naga spice, which he promised, but it was very mild spicy curry. We got our starter nicely designed on a plate- but when we asked for sauce to eat with our Chicken tikka and Pakora- the waitress said we will have to pay for sauce. Not a good start! Anyway- now the main dish- I ordered Chicken biryani- quantity wasn't much for me compare to the price. And my wife ordered very hot 'chicken Tikka Masala'. When we started to eat- none of them were hot/spicy- rather sweet- not my style at all. I would request the management to look into this- and try to do something for spice lovers.

Visited 08/01/2022 asked to show covid passport/NHS covid pass and when seated at table asked to also scan QR code and complete test & trace info. Very welcoming staff and looked after needs of the family. Service was quick and attentive and food was as always fantastic. I’d recommend the Caribbean Mocktail very tasty 👍🏽 and the Karachi Chicken from the chef’s recommendations on the menu is worth it, choices of garlic naan/plain naan/parathas to accompany. Great atmosphere & highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
