Bracken Crag — Hotel in Great Britain

Just checked out, the place is lovely, like the ‘home from home’ as advertised. The kitchen is really well equipped, I cooked for our group and everything I have at home was there in the drawers and cupboards!, there’s a dining table for adults in the kitchen and another for kids in the lounge. Three couches mean that there’s enough space for the whole group to relax, and it’s so well priced especially when split between everyone! It’s a traditional slate Lakeland build so don’t expect a swanky city centre apartment. But exactly what you’d expect in the lakes. We popped the heating on before we went out for the evening knowing snow was predicted, and it was so nice and snug when we got back! We had a laugh playing dance on the Nintendo Wii! I stayed at Bracken Crag recently and have to say it is a lovely little place for familes and friends to stay. Everything you would need is in the house and it is very clean and cosy. The location is absolutely ideal and is right next to all the local amenities and very close to lake windermere too. I managed to park right outside the front door too. Love Bracken Crag. Stayed here with friends for a weekend and had a smashing time. So close to breathtaking views and pubs and restaurants.
