First of all the place looks the same as it did before Covid, but that’s where it stops. I’m very sorry to say I was very disappointed tonight I took my nephew there who is 15-year-old 6 foot four tall so I went to the counter order. They were food eating chips and peas from myself fish chips for my nephew. He likes tartar sauce with his fish 20p a little packet which is a bit expensive never used to be like that only like 2 yards up two packets, so it was £.40? I don’t mind a 40p but I do when you pay £8.95 for what was a fishfinger sorry I’ll start again on that one half a fishfinger with some cute chips but the rest were raw. The peas came on his plate. He doesn’t like peas so I had to move onto mine. My pudding with a warm, not hot lukewarm. Am I cheat for mediocre under the top chips of my nephews, the rest were raw couldn’t eat them. I sent a picture of his tea to his father my brother I need for me up there, so I think you’ll need to take him somewhere else because that won’t be anywhere near enough for him, which I already knew, so I took him somewhere else and Phil filled him up. Both myself and my brother have worked in catering for many many years. My brother a head chef on the menu. It says 5 ounces of fish who is nowhere near 5 ounces of fish if you are lucky, very lucky you might of got to make don’t tell us we don’t know how to measure things because we’ve been working on it too long. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have a lot of friends who ask me where to go in Blackpool because I’ve always travelled there been there for many many years, so I’ll be telling them not to go near any of your establishments as you’ll be ripped off. We will not be using any of your establishments ever again unless it goes under new management, then we might try it.

This place is a huge rip off. 2.20 for a tea cup of coffee, 4.20 for cheese on toast ( 1 slice with cheese 1 without) and the big breakfast was not big at all then 40p for 2 tiny sachets of brown sauce ( though u only need a bit as there's nowt to put it on. It looks great, but even when I went to counter a guy behind it didn't even acknowledge me being there, just got himself a huge coffee and went out back. The lady who served me was nice and as such they clawed 1 star back. It seems they care alot about there puddings (glass cabinet full of great looking cream buns) but they food was just OK, and over priced for small portions. I've been 2 times and there will not be a third

AWESOME 🎉 We took the tram from central pier saw your signs 🚨 it looked delicious !! So in we went the rest is yummy history 😋 We had two Traditional leg of lamb plates with gravy, carrots, spuds and broccoli. A nice hot tea and one white coffee with a splash of Kahlua. For desert we split the best strawberry pavlova, made from meringue, fresh cream filled with chocolate at the bottom sweetie Oh it was a HOT DELICIOUS MEAL for £4.95 each (not including the drinks or desert) Friendly staff, LOTS of seating warm out of the cold, decent size bar, no masks no waiting. We will definitely be coming back, Thanks

Visited Cleveleys for years and always ate at the Bake House. That's shut and the sign in the window directs you to the Kitchens. Food was always first class so expected the same. Ordered our usual fish and chips. The chips looked like last nights! and had more eyes than Specsavers! We looked at everybody else's and they were all the same, awful. The gents toilets seat was covered in wee. Told the girl who served us, they were in the same condition when I left. Only positive notes were a nice bottle of beer and the bread & butter. Says it all. Avoid.

I don't understand why this place is as popular or as highly recommended as it is. Incredibly busy, jammed in like sardines, pricing not keen. Fish was nice but chips were under par and the curry sauce was grim. Light brown jelly blobs of mildly spicy goo. Bread and butter. Why pre-spread it if your staff are only going to do a diagonal line of spread from one corner to the other? Just provide some spread with the bread, job done. Put it in a ramakin if your concerned about costs. Toilets are grim. I appreciate I'm in a minority but avoid in IMHO
