Visited this lovely, quaint tea room on a lovely sunny day. We chose to seat in the small outside seating area. Tables were complete with tablecloths and Parasols. The tea room is family run, friendly and welcoming. Menu ranged from tea with selection of cakes to light cooked dishes or sandwiches. We chose to have afternoon tea with a fruited scone and pot of tea. Scones were made on premises and were warm and tasty with clotted cream and jam. Our coffee's and main food orders were delicious but in the hustle and bustle our side order of chips were forgotten. The staff member at the till was extremely apologetic at the end but we assured him that it was fine. The place was spotless and the cakes on display looked amazing.
