Riverside Retreat - Durham — Hotel in Great Britain

4 of us stayed at Riverside Retreat over the Durham Lumiere weekend and the flat was just perfect. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, and the extras provided were fabulous - robes, slippers, toiletries, a beautiful hamper and prosecco.

Our host James was super responsive and extremely helpful, providing lots of useful information & materials to help us navigate the city during Lumiere.

You can't get a much better location when staying in Durham, right behind the market square and overlooking the river. The secure private parking was a huge bonus also.

We stayed for a full week at Riverside Retreat and had a wonderful time. The hospitality was really world class. I also felt very safe, as the entrance is through a secured gate. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a million-dollar view, while being walking distance from everything important. Thank you...
