The food was really tasty- had the chilli cheese roti to start, then the coconut fried chicken with Mac n cheese as my main. Had two for one zombie cocktails. Initially, when we were seated, no one else was around us, which, in covid times, was quite reassuring, but then two large families came and were were seated either side of us, one with a particularly loud child, too. We were kind of boxed in, in a corner, and it was quite hard for staff to even reach our table, without having to squeeze behind other diners. Without even asking, one of the staff came over and basically said he realised we were quite boxed in and would we like to be reseated to another table, on the upper level, at the back. We gladly accepted this offer, as we did feel a little boxed in, and we had more space and it was a little quieter. Will definitely be back. Service was fantastic and clearly very conscientious. Enjoyed the decor and the food was excellent. Value for money was about average.

The place was absolutely packed, so when I turned up without a reservation I expected to be turned away. I wasn't. They found me a small table, and the person who seated me was very nice and funny. We joked about me not caring where I sat as long as I got food. The server, Candice cane and took my order, she was lovely and made me feel at ease. I am a fussy eater and I ordered some small plates. A few minutes later I needed to add to my order and Candice was great about it. My food was all served within about 10/15 minutes and all together and piping hot. It was delicious. I eat the same thing at every turtle bay I go to, and this was by far the nicest I've ever had. I got dessert which was delicious, and even though they were so busy they were still really quick. I spoke to the manager as I left so he knew how happy I was. If I didn't live so far away this would be my go to for every meal out.

This place was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a reggae rum punch cocktail, and a shack stack burger. I got 2 drinks for the price of one as it was happy hour, the drinks were amazing! The burger was so tasty and very filling, everything tasted fresh. The staff made sure you were happy, but were not smothering you. The prices are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Even the napkins were washable, helping the environment at the same time. If you are in the area, Turtle bay Durham is a great place to visit. You have the option of inside or outside dining which is great. I had to give this place 5 stars, I will be back soon!

Came here a few times for brunch now, and it's really great. There is a big range of drinks to choose and the food is decent too (less choice for vegetarians but there are a couple). The staff are helpful, and most are very customer driven which means you really get the most out of it. I've heard stores of other bottomless brunches where they restrict how many drinks you can order which sort of defies the point. The only thing is, the rules around drinks are unclear. Sometimes if there's an expected wait on cocktails, they will allow you to order a prosecco for while you wait. Sometimes they won't. We were told both in one brunch.

Third time at Turtle Bay and it won't be the last. The food service is always quick and the food is always well spiced. A good range of options from burgers to curry. Bottomless brunch here is one of my favorites the range of drinks is huge and they're serving you the next before you've finished the last. Didn't have to ask for another drink once. Busy atmosphere, a little chilly inside yesterday but that could just have been me. Caribbean katsu curry was very nice, spicy and filling. See you again soon.
